Fundraiser dancing event

Pics are not posted at DNA because we are not allowed to take any pictures of the performance as well as the dancers. INCLUDING FLASH!

Last Sunday, the two of us like on my site's photo on the center were on the major fundraiser events. First we went to the 1PM performance at DNA (Dance New Amsterdam). Of course, we must donate in order to see the performance which it isn't that bad. And we must support the victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Let me review some of the programs but not all of them.

The Gods Love Nubia

Mami Inoue sings pretty good in my book.

TENNYO

Nahoko dances pretty well especially a very good dress she wears. Of course she is one of the belly dancers we went on that Friday night.

CLOUDBURST

I'm not satisfied but it's not too bad.

FIT

I enjoyed Ryoji's performance.

HARU KIMI OMOFU

Kasami's dancers which include Fuyuko, Saki, Rena, and Monma were Jazz dancing. Very awesome job.

Our team donated a total of $20. But the total counts from everyone else are unknown. Afterwards, I've been talking to the performers/dancers and greeting them. But I'm pretty suprised when I saw Mei Yamamuka in person.

Tiny Hands Big Love

Kasami and Saki interviewing on TV at The Living Room

After eating my veggies at DNA, I took a walk from DNA to Delancey Street to Ludlow Street where I saw my friend. It only took me 50 minutes. As my friend took shots on these 2 interviewing, we go in before 15 minutes of the start of the event.

Kasami's dancers went on first because they have another one at 7PM at DNA. Then the other performers. It's too bad my friend chose to leave because he had another event on his list. Of course, with me staying at The Living Room watching the performances, I pretty much enjoyed it.

Our team donated a total of $20. But the total counts from everyone else are $550 donated to charity to support Japan.

After the event, I spoke to a few people before I leave because it's a bit late. And including Chiyong and got her business card. She thinks I'm a musician but I am not! I've decided to follow her performances whenever she has one.

Hope for Japan! Japan Earthquake Relief Fundraiser Performance Event!

The event is this Friday and the cost is $25. The money will be collected and donated. Kasami's dancers will perform as well as the belly dancers. Bad news is with the little money, I get to decide. Either this one above, Reni's Maid Show, or Pray for Japan. My other friends like in the pic are attending.

I wish all my dancers the best of luck.
