In Case You Missed It: Notes and Follow Up From the Marine Studies Pathway Community Advisory Group Meeting

Two weeks ago, DISHS held the first Community Advisory Group meeting for the Marine Studies Pathway, sharing information and updates about the program and seeking continued feedback, ideas, and energy from our community partners.  We were excited to have nearly 30 participants, but wanted to be sure to update those who could not attend.

After a brief presentation focused on the fall activities in the Maine Studies Pathway and Eastern Maine Skippers Program, participants broke into small groups to discuss trends and ideas that the MSP should be aware of, resources that the program might benefit from connecting with, and desired student outcomes for participants in the Marine Studies Pathway.  In case you were wondering, the three top outcomes identified by the group were:
