Group of Seven Paintings
Ms. Pasquariello's Grade 9 Visual Arts Class ended the quadmester with the Group of Seven CPT. Students were asked to use all the skills they acquired throughout the course, such as gridding, sketching, colour theory and painting then apply that to their Group of Seven Landscape. The Group of Seven is said to have "captured the soul of the Canadian landscape" and these young artists were wonderful at replicating that spirit.
