Introduction

You will be looking at the unique adaptations that birds have developed to meet the needs of their distinctive environments.  You will be exploring several adaptations throughout the month and will for a final project create a new species of bird.

This will take two session:

Part One:

Now it is time to create the entire bird: Choose a bird or create a new one.

Use a pencil and begin to sketch out your bird. Be prepared to make mistakes and adjust your drawing. Use the whole page. 

Create the eco system in which your bird lives in.

Part Two:

Use a variety of materials to color your bird.
