Description

Students will create an Ole Western “Wanted Poster” that has a vintage antique feel. 

Materials

• Brown paper bag

• Pencil 

• Black Marker/Crayon/Pen

• Color( Paint, Crayons, or Markers)

Steps

• Deconstruct a brown paper bag and create a large flat sheet.

• Fold the top half and bottom half. 2 to 3 inches. This is the place for “WANTED” on the top and your moniker( western nickname)  on the bottom.

• Draw your western character. Remember to put in lots of details: glasses, mustache , beard, eyepatch, hat, feathers, hair, and don’t forget the MASK!

• Outline and color.

• Add the lettering in pencil and make sure you check out your spacing first before you commit to outlining in black.

• Share your work!
