Count Von Count, also known as The Count, is a recurring undead character on the children’s show Sesame Street. He is seemingly obsessed with counting anything he can and does so on his own segment, The Count’s Storybook Theatre, which was also known as The Count’s Fairytale Theatre. This obsession is actually a real mental disorder known as Arithmomania, and this is apparently something that is an old weakness to some vampires, however, it is mentioned sparingly by sources.
The count shares some aspects to usual vampires, specifically Dracula in his large castle and attire, however, he is shown to have no weakness to sunlight.
While the Count is a relatively comedic character, his original appearance involved being shown able to hypnotize Bert and Ernie, accompanied by spooky music, however he retired these abilities in later years. While his spooky prime is in the past, it is still remembered with a 2.
Again, not a dangerous character, but his hypnotic powers are existent and should be taken into consideration. They aren’t the strongest vampire magics we have seen, but they are something, even if he has never directly harmed another Muppet, or human for that matter.
Vampires seem born undead in this world much like Hotel Transylvania. Taking into acCOUNT his parents. Because of this, transform is a 0.
Being a count is almost synonymous with being a vampire. Count Dracula. Count Chocula. The Vampire Counts faction of Warhammer. Count Von Count is as such a parody of the norm and is pretty funny for a show designed for 3-year-olds. While it is funny, it is somewhat uncreative, and therefore receives a 7.

As you can see, both his mother and his father share many of his features. His purple skin, his long pointed nose, the poor eyesight aided by some spectacles, and the flat fangs. Because of these consistencies, I feel it is fair to assume he was born undead, much like Mavis of Hotel Transylvania.

Additionally we have the young count, showing the same glasses, purple skin, fangs, and pointed nose. Since we unfortunately never see the operation that occured for The Count to enter the world, we cannot say with 100% accuracy that he was born a vampire, however with what information we do have, I would say it is likely.
