Doing, working, ensuring efficiency to create the most comfortable environment for himrself and his immediate surroundings. Such a basic unit gives the ability to create comfort with one's actions. Can work skillfully with technology. Can be neat, rational. Has a good sense of the surroundings and space. Can rationally solve financial and household issues. Technologies, techniques can be used to provide comfort. The basic unit works to preserve and improve physical sensations, the feeling of comfort. If its owner wishes, is able to look after appearance, to look beautiful (according to the owner's criteria). Is able to find a way to ensure maximum comfort at the expense of rational expenditure of energy and money.
1) Base - Si (Introverted Sensing)
Gabin (Master) is the most imperturbable sociotype. First of all, he perceives the world through his main lens - the Sensorics of Comfort, that is why he describes it as a source of various physical sensations. Gabin is inclined to assess the quality and structure of materials, the comfort and ergonomics of various objects, describe the internal properties, compositions and physical parameters of anything (dimensions, consistencies, odors, durability, etc.). The master has a relatively easy understanding of the laws of physics, the needs of the body, comfort assessment, and household matters. There are traits of a householder. SLI is a fine connoisseur of beauty, he has perfectly developed five senses - sight, smell, taste, hearing and touch. The work that SLI's hands produce as a craftsman is always of the highest quality, he is able to create delicate and very precise details that never need to be reworked. The Artisan always has his own opinion on what is beautiful and harmonious. He has a good sense of his own and others' material and aesthetic needs. SLI's eyes are quick to notice all flaws of an aesthetic nature, tasteless combinations of clothing, uncomfortable arrangement of furniture, superficially executed practical work. Quickly notices the quality of materials, distinguishes degrees of quality. In his space SLI cares about convenience, comfort. In the room where he works, he also creates comfortable and convenient conditions: furniture, equipment, lighting, fresh air. SLI understands the causes of ailments and knows how to get rid of them in time. Makes purchases cautiously and thoughtfully, taking into account their expediency, weighing practicality, quality of clothes and things, their functionality. Appreciates comfort and good things. Convenience of clothes prefers ostentatious beauty. Works well with his hands. Likes quiet communication with nature. Caring for relatives and friends. SLI are well versed in matters of health, well-being, proper nutrition, comfort. Prefer moderation and harmony. Really effectively engaged only in what brings pleasure, because of this can give the impression of lazy people. SLIs are naturally good at knowing what kinds of activities and stimuli will produce which sensations and physical states in themselves and the people around them. They are highly sensitive to sensations of internal discomfort and dissonance, or when someone or something is aesthetically out of place. They usually take quick action to remove the discomfort, dissonance, or misplacement so that things “feel right.” They are attracted to material (concrete) objects which produce the “right” sensations and physical states, such as stereo systems which produce the best sounds or clothes that produce the best feelings either through their pleasant texture and ease of use or through their aesthetic appeal. They dislike it when others deny them of pleasurable material objects and can get quite possessive and territorial when claiming or re-claiming them. SLIs are skilled at recognizing and remembering their own and others’ internal physical states and at imagining how different things would affect that state. SLIs encourage those they care about to take the time to experience pleasurable and soothing sensations, avoid getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and to listen to their bodies and their sincere inner desires. They can be concerned with their own health and those they know. SLIs are drawn to situations which allow them to maximize these physical states and like to dwell on soothing, pleasurable sensations, or the enjoyment of physical motion.
2) Creative - Te (Extraverted Logic)
Strong Business Logic encourages Gabin to analyze objects from the point of view of their internal structure (how does it work?), practical application, and strive for optimization, automation, efficiency, competent use of resources. That is, in the Master's perception any object passes through the filter “How can it be applied?”. Before starting work, SLI carefully considers the sequence of cases and stocks up on everything necessary so that in the process unnecessary time and energy is not wasted. His tools are always neatly arranged. Methodically solves complex practical problems. He divides the whole process of action into several stages, carrying them out without haste, thoroughly, economically, achieving the best possible results. The best gratitude for the work done - a decent payment. Masterfully organizes the process of work, with less use of force he achieves good results. He tries to simplify his work methods. From the outside it may seem that he is sedentary and lazy, but in fact, wherever the master puts his hands, the work will not slow down, everything will be done qualitatively, beautifully, and will not need to be reworked. To ensure quality is not afraid to introduce more effective methods, to use modern technology. SLI always finds effective ways not to miss a chance to improve his financial situation. It would seem that completely useless things he is able to turn into something unusual, but practical. Calculating and economical. Inventive in everyday life and at work, which is to his liking. Although distrustful of new ideas, but having tested them in practice, knows how to get the most out of them. Do not like to do unnecessary, but the case, which are engaged, as a rule, bring to the end at a high technological level. Usually do not miss their benefits, for the work requires payment. Try not to engage in useless, inexpedient business. Are able to perform reasonable and useful actions. Adapt new ideas to practice, make the most of them. Inventive in everyday life and at work, which they like. Organize everything for work and recreation in the area of space that is achievable for them. SLIs typically have a dry, matter-of-fact speaking style and focus on conveying accurate information rather than emotions. They like to take note of and emphasize the usefulness or uselessness of things and how well things or people achieve their intended goals. SLIs are often masters at getting the greatest return from the fewest possible actions. SLIs place great emphasis on having high quality objects and people in the right places. They enjoy the process of analyzing and comparing different goods and services when making purchasing decisions and do not like to delegate this task to other people. They enjoy the process of assessing quality and functionality and finding the best price for the chosen option. They effectively and sparingly allot resources and discern between primary and secondary needs. They have a good sense for how much their work is worth and whether something is a good deal or not.
3) Role - Ni (Introverted Intuition)
SLIs cannot stand being hurried and prodded by other people to do things faster. If there is a real reason to move faster, they want to be told the reason rather than be fed feelings of anxiety, which paralyses them rather than spurring them to action. SLIs know that sometimes there is more to something than meets the eye, and are aware of their intense focus on the immediate present moment. SLIs try to reject all feelings of anxiety and insecurity about the future and simply accept what is. They often entertain doubts and worries about what the future might bring, but they try to keep them to themselves and present a positive, optimistic facade. SLIs tend to simplify the future, putting less importance about what is to come. As a result they can be oblivious to the consequences of their actions. They appreciate people who are genuine optimists and are able to make provision for many different outcomes even as they enthusiastically pursue just a few opportunities (leading Ne types). He presents himself as a person who is able to forecast the situation, predict the course and consequences of events. But his guesses are often wrong. In an unfamiliar environment, he is poorly aware of the impending danger. Due to a tendency to skepticism poorly sees the prospects of things in the future. He is concerned about the timely choice of life path. Feels dependent on the vicissitudes of fate. In an unfamiliar environment SLI try to do everything in time, to plan their affairs. In ordinary life, their plans are sometimes too tense, lead to emotional overload. SLI need help comparing plans with reality. Do not like to delay meetings. SLI understands what you need to do now, and what can be postponed.
4) Painful - Fe (Extraverted Ethics)
Gabin's weakest point is the Ethics of Emotion. First, it shows that such categories as “dramatism”, “emotional atmosphere”, “romance”, “PR”, “admiration”, “tragedy” are analyzed by him with difficulty, briefly, and are taken into account last. Second, it is often expressed by devaluing dramatizing, emotionally intense behavior. It is difficult to show emotional variety, enthusiasm, to inspire others, to play with facial expressions and intonation, to set the mood in the team. And with such a set of characteristics rarely become the soul of the company. Simply put, Gabin is not useful where you need to cheer up the people, create a lively atmosphere, inspire to exploits, play the role of an ideological leader and orator. He is annoyed by loud and hysterical behavior. Their emotions SLI most often do not show and do not like too strong manifestation of emotions in others. For this they are often thought of as cold, unemotional, but this is not true. They are quite impressionable. Impressionable, poorly controls his emotions during arguments. Does not know how to show his feelings in public. Life hardships make him prone to “black” humor. At times he is overwhelmed by pessimism and apathy. Instead of encouraging a person, he himself falls under his negative state. SLIs feel insecure and tense in situations with loud emotional displays — whether positive or negative — as well as in any situations expecting vocal displays of feelings and passions. Therefore, SLIs try to ignore anything relating to their vulnerable function. SLIs see no reason to get worked up about things. They tend to condemn people who do not control their emotional displays and “fly off the handle.” They believe that people should think first about the effect their words and emotions will have on other people rather than just spilling out negative or potentially hurtful feelings as they feel like it. If someone has chewed them out in an emotional way just once, they tend to hold this incident against the person for years. To them such behavior is unnecessarily demeaning and malicious. SLIs extremely dislike socialising (particularly amongst large groups) because they are incapable of creating and sustaining a wide range of emotions for people. They are also quite unable to deal with the painful and complicated job of organising the unpredictable emotions that they can receive from so many people at any one given time. Consequently, SLIs are often reclusive and socially unengaged despite being rather comfortable around a few people they have learned and when having one-on-one conversations on subjects in which they are knowledgeable.
5) Suggestive - Ne (Extraverted Intuition)
Also valuable to the SLI is information on Intuition of Possibilities (Creativity). This function is weak in him, but information on it is very desirable. In life it is manifested in such a way that it is difficult for the Master to give fantasizing, generation of ideas, initiative, it is hard to bring variety and the spirit of novelty. Also, because of the characteristic immersion in current issues (“here and now”), it is not easy for him to stand back and assess the situation in perspective, to dream, to imagine the future development. SLI is gullible, so very much do not like even harmless pranks. Very respect in partners breadth of vision and intuition. Prone to skepticism. SLI easily realizes projects involving great risk, but weakly anticipate the consequences in the long term. Weak creative thought compensates for a good memory, using once noticed details, easily intercepts the ideas of others, which he heard about or saw. SLIs are typically focused on what they are experiencing inside and are rarely aware of what qualities people around them might notice in them or how much curiosity (whether desired or undesired) their behavior and statements might arouse in others. They are genuinely surprised to learn that they have been studied carefully and “figured out” at a distance by people they barely knew existed. Yet they do not feel threatened by this, but rather flattered or entertained. SLIs have a hard time recognizing and taking advantage of opportunities that do not already lie under their noses. They tend to be naive in their expectations for the future and put little effort into putting themselves into strategic positions where they will be able to seize opportunities when the right time comes, or minimize their losses if things turn against them. They are drawn to people who have a well-developed imagination and foresight and can plan many steps ahead. SLIs often subconsciously expect others to motivate them towards something new as they find it difficult to spur themselves into action. SLIs can go through phases of inertia if nothing new is presented to them. They will hang on to their everyday routine if they cannot find a new hobby or activity, which proves difficult for them to do on their own. SLIs enjoy brainstorming and sharing ideas between people, no matter how trivial and ‘impossible’ they may be, and are often satisfied with the simple discussion of these things. When new opportunities hit them in the face they become overjoyed and delighted, and expend a great deal of work to materialize them.
6) Activating - Fi (Introverted Ethics)
Also valuable to the SLI is information on Relationship Ethics. Gabin gratefully accepts clues in matters of ethics, morality, motives for others' and his own actions, as well as help in emotional self-expression. SLI is not the initiator of acquaintance, waits for the initiative from another, does not get acquainted without necessity. He needs to understand what to expect from another person. He is not well aware of his feelings - he loves or does not love. Feelings cannot be calculated, measured, and this scares him. He likes people who know how to behave delicately, and delicately reveal themselves in love. With loved ones, he maintains benevolent relations, willingly takes care of them. SLI are sensitive to the manifestation of attitude towards them. Are not in a hurry to believe in the feeling. The reasons for the change of relations from them often elude them. Value friendship. Secretive. Most often characterized by modesty. SLIs very much enjoy personal conversations where people talk about their feelings and personal experience in an atmosphere of trust and intimacy. However, they tend to willingly follow others’ initiative or create external conditions where emotional intimacy is likely to occur rather than actually initiating the intimacy themselves. SLIs are easy people to talk to about one’s personal sentiments about life, people, and relationships, since they listen closely and with genuine interest as long as the person they are hearing out is not worked up or agitated. They are careful not to offend one’s feelings and always maintain a comfortable atmosphere in these situations. SLIs appreciate such qualities as concern, tact, and openness about one’s feelings. These are the kinds of people they are drawn to for friendship. They are usually very polite and loyal; particularly to close family members and the very few people they count as friends. They expect the same returned, but often suffer quiet disappointment.
7) Ignoring - Se (Extraverted Sensing)
SLIs try to avoid making demands on others and themselves and prefer to motivate people by offering them enjoyable rewards rather than pressuring them to act. They are impervious to forceful attempts by others to make them do things and become very stubborn when pressured. However, when under extreme stress or in a hostile situation, SLIs can become very aggressive and forceful for periods― sometimes with malicious intent. Taking action solely to better their own economic status (how rich they appear to others) or social condition does not often appeal to the SLI. Strong-willed, stubborn SLI hardly cede their positions, without showing aggression, they will silently resist what does not fit organically into their picture of the world. They are inherent in discreet, quiet persistence in the mandatory completion of everything started. Order as a form of treatment for them does not exist: they do as they see fit. In a dangerous situation behave emphasized cold-blooded.
8) Background - Ti (Introverted Logic)
Formal-logical aspects SLI perceive easily and freely, feel violations of meaning, breaks in logical connections. Easily learn languages and rules, understand their essence. SLIs like to philosophize and analyze life, but they use logical categories situationally rather than searching for a single cohesive structure for understanding the world. There are always unknown variables and a whole realm of inner experience that they feel is hard to classify, but must simply be experienced for what it is. They have a strong sense of individuality in their reasoning and do not like having it challenged. SLIs are often pessimistic about what other people believe is true if these beliefs counter their own understanding, and will defend what they feel is correct if someone tries to discount them. However, getting someone to understand their logic is not a serious priority. SLIs at times may play skilfully with categories and formal logical arguments, but they do not usually take themselves too seriously. However, they consistently label and classify the things and people around them - their understanding of the world is important. They become easily annoyed with people who emphasize theory and generalizations instead of solid factual knowledge.
Characters:
Together, the two main lenses of perception work in such a way that Gabin explores the physical world with his senses, evaluates the qualitative state of objects and, having found what can be improved, looks for optimal technologies to solve the problem.
Thus, the Master is a born technologist, industrialist, merchandiser, householder, craft artist and performer. Like no one else, he is able to understand in depth and in detail the principle of the device and its operation, to assess the physical qualities and properties of materials, to take into account all the nuances and details, to optimize the labor process, to establish the mechanics of production and to create really convenient and practical things.
