Structural logic for volitional sensorics. Such a unit allows to structure space, create hierarchies, command and make others function for your own purposes. Is able to set strategic objectives. 1) Base - Se (Extraverted Sensing)
First of all, SLE perceives the world through its main lens - Volitional Sensory (Force), i.e. as a physical space with objects interacting in it. SLE tends to pay attention to the balance of power, the status of people, their volitional potential, and the physical parameters of objects. For Marshal It is relatively easy to understand the mutual influence of some forces on others, the assessment of energy potential. SLE is a sociotype with innate abilities of a manager and leader. Skillfully and quickly assesses the sphere of activity and immediately understands what role is assigned to him in a given situation. Perfectly understands what should be changed in order to achieve the goal. He perfectly assesses the situation of general confusion - economic, political and social scandals, and skillfully uses them. Being in a high position, is able to seize power. Independent in assessing society, if something is up to something, it is almost impossible to stop him. Protects his territory, has a good sense of the environment, the location of forces on it, whether it is his home, street, workplace, state, or even more extensive territory. If unable to achieve a goal by direct influence, can giftedly utilize cunning or the help of another person. The more difficult the goal, the more he strives for it. In difficult situations mobilizes. Can find the weak spot of everyone, applying his tactics and strategy of action, hitting the target. Stubborn and unyielding. They are almost always collected and ready for action. They are adept at organizing others effectively towards any given objective, and have no problem “getting the job done,” even if it requires stepping on a few toes. They will take the initiative and act at the opportune moment. Rapidly in tune with the lay of their surroundings, SLEs see the world around them as a battleground of wills, with each person competing for greater power and status. SLEs will often act without complete information, improvising as they go, but are successful nonetheless. Instability energizes them, as they are active people who think clearly on the move and tend to be unsatisfied with a stationary, peaceful lifestyle.SLEs easily spot power dynamics within any given structure, hierarchy or relationship, and strive for a secure position where they are less subordinate to others. At the same time, SLEs are comfortable with hierarchies, and recognize that they are a necessary part of everyday life. SLEs may sometimes seem dismissive of those of a lower social status, as if they were weak or inferior in some way. Likewise, they see dependence as weakness, and so strive to minimize their dependence on others, especially in their personal relationships. SLEs’ energetic and direct nature tends to make them natural leaders. They are quick to assume this role, even in alien or unfamiliar environments. They usually adopt a direct administrative style and build a bureaucratic structure beneath them over time. They will take full responsibility for their actions, and understand these terms when they take a leadership-based role within a group, company or organization as being part of what leadership is about. SLEs are highly observant and take note of all the objects present in their surroundings. They are well aware of which objects they have, and which they want, and tend to be possessive of their property. At the same time, they also have a generous streak and can easily bestow gifts and share their property with others to demonstrate acceptance of the other person or people.
2) Creative - Ti (Introverted Logic)
Strong Structural Logic (Order) causes SLE to perceive and describe the world as a single system with many components. SLE is inclined to divide everything into categories, systematize information by attributes, build and describe logical interrelationships of various elements, explain causes and effects. For Zhukov it is relatively easy to comprehend rules, instructions, calculations, laws and regularities, various techniques and models. He is able to analyze the essence of phenomena coldly and unadorned. To achieve far-reaching goals, SLE first selects the appropriate team. He considers the most effective methods of influence. As soon as SLE encounters new information, he adapts it to his structure, selecting the essentials and discarding the unnecessary. The structures created by SLE, unlike LSI, are quite flexible. If necessary, he rearranges hierarchical relations. He quickly introduces strict order into a fragmented team. He sets out duties and rules simply and clearly. He explains his views logically, deftly manipulating facts. For such people is very important order in everything, the implementation of rules, contracts. Understand and respect the laws, rules, try and others “explain everything”. Is able to concentrate all his forces at the decisive moment. Logically calculates the plan of action ahead, as if playing a game of chess. Seeks to give others instructions, but himself order tone does not tolerate. Cases control by the final result. SLEs are inquisitive people. They are generally clear, consistent and systematic in their actions. They tend to gather - either legitimately or illegitimately - and retain information which they deem useful in attaining their goals. SLEs come to their own conclusions about the world, although they tend towards simple generalizations. Because the SLE’s ideas are influenced by their own agenda, they can be more subjective than they claim to be; they are skilled at using objective truths to help them achieve their goals.
3) Role - Ne (Extraverted Intuition)
SLE in unfamiliar conditions often intuitively find ways out of difficult situations, correctly assess the abilities of new acquaintances. However, when the situation becomes habitual, they pay more attention to volitional qualities and order. Mistrustful of new people. In order for plans and leadership positions in SLE not destroyed, foresight, prudence and caution are required. Working with abstract information is difficult for him. Sometimes does not notice small threats that can turn into serious. Instead, they end up using none, thus failing to attain the results they were aiming for. In this sense, the SLE would have been much better off following his instincts in the first place. Many SLEs are aware of this, and simply prefer not to search for hidden opportunities and avoid this weakness altogether. When it comes to future planning, SLEs speak with confidence and apparent optimism, although in actuality, they rarely feel confident in positive outcomes and further possibilities. They may also consider advanced planning unnecessary for trivial circumstances, as they prefer to act impulsively.
4) Painful - Fi (Introverted Ethics)
The weakest aspect of SLE is the Ethics of Relationships. First, it shows that such categories as “social norms of morality”, “rules of conduct”, “etiquette”, “feelings between people”, “relationships”, “hints and compliments” are analyzed by him with difficulty, not for a long time, and are taken into account in the last place. Secondly, it is often expressed in the devaluation of empathic, sympathetic behavior, as well as, such phenomena as moralizing, morality, ethical norm. It is difficult to show empathic behavior, regret, it is difficult to help others to understand the relationship, the true motives and preconditions of human actions, to guess the intrigues themselves. Simply put, Zhukov is not useful where you need to listen to someone's heartfelt outpourings, weave intrigue, play the role of a courteous interlocutor, to understand the ethical and moral subtleties. SLE is a poor diplomat, often failing because of his language, because he speaks too specifically, harshly, and sometimes even offensively. In his opinion, "if people need me, it means I am kind and I am respected!" It is difficult for him to understand human characters, relationships and find an approach to everyone. If people around him observe the norms of behavior, it seems to him that everything is fine. But if disagreements and disputes start, it is better to stay away from it all. SLEs have trouble evaluating the internal emotional state of others unless it is accompanied by a visible emotional expression. When unable to do so, they become uneasy. When an individual expresses negative emotions, SLEs feel that they are unable to offer the support needed; they get uncomfortable and confused, and as a result, will not respond appropriately to the situation or will react in a way which is unhelpful to the individual. SLEs often tread carefully when it comes to interpersonal relationships because they recognize their inherent weakness in this function. They feel the need to not only be respected, but also to be held dear by others, precisely because they feel inept when it comes to relationships. Often their behavior will have the opposite effect of what they were hoping for; if they are trying to protect someone, that someone may view their “protection” as pure jealousy, and thus will attempt to break away. The SLE will respond with further limitations in order to counter what they believe is irrational rebelliousness, perhaps causing a breakdown of said relationship. To ease their doubts about their relationships with others, SLEs are sincere when it comes to establishing new bonds with others; they feel it is important to inform others of their true nature so that they will not be taken by surprise when the SLE acts in a certain way. SLEs are under the impression that they might gain respect or admiration from others, but can never be truly loved by anyone. Sometimes, SLEs can become paranoid about their relationships with others; they often mistrust declarations of affection, and so can appear insecure.
5) Suggestive - Ni (Introverted Intuition)
Also valuable for SLE is information on Intuition of Time. This function he has weak, but information on it is very desirable. In life it is manifested in such a way that it is difficult for SLE to give fantasizing, dreaming, diligent thinking over plans. It is also not easy for him to stand back and assess the situation in perspective, to dream, to imagine the future. Zhukov gratefully accepts clues in matters of distribution of efforts in time: where it is worth to settle down and just wait, and where - to speed up, in order to catch up with everything by the desired deadline. Although skillful in making his schedule, he has a poor sense of the passage of time. He is usually excited about his work and cannot stop in time. SLEs try to be punctual themselves. They like fast, easy-going, smiling people. But they are easily thrown off a set rhythm and need help making plans. Attuned to realistic near-term goals - flexible tacticians. Able to make cardinal decisions quickly. Poorly anticipates the future: stops in indecision if events get out of control and take an unexpected turn. Since SLEs are such active, action-oriented individuals, they are often far more confident about their present situation than its broader implications. SLEs are attracted to people who can unearth connections between ideas and occurrences, thus collecting the “snapshots” of the present offered by SLEs and fitting them into a broader understanding of reality. SLEs often develop their suggestive function through an interest in that which is hidden, mysterious, or eccentric. Learning about and discussing these things helps them overcome their habit of making quick assumptions, and gives them a more profound understanding of the world around them. The SLE is impulsive, but at the same time quite conscious of the need to keep his impulsivity in check. He thus appreciates people who are confident in their ability to predict where present trends are leading and to pinpoint when to initiate action and when to refrain from it.
6) Activating - Fe (Extraverted Ethics)
Also valuable to SLEs is information about the Ethics of Emotions. It is difficult for SLEs to create the necessary emotional atmosphere. Zhukov will gratefully accept tips on the sphere of human emotions and moods, self-presentation, and emotional expression. He likes cheerful companies, where he can get rid of his overflowing energy. Does not notice hypocrisy and pretense. SLEs are grateful for emotional support. A SLE boss will work effectively with a cheerful, emotional assistant who can “light up” the team. There are cases when Zhukov chooses a creative profession, for example, he manages to be an amazing jester, actor, singer. Despite the difficulties in showing his feelings and emotions, he perfectly manages to play them on stage. SLEs find themselves unable to adequately raise an emotionally dull atmosphere, which is why they greatly appreciate another individual proficient in this function. SLEs naturally gravitate towards warm, cheerful atmospheres. If an SLE makes a social move that doesn’t get the emotional response he expects, he will feel uneasy or offended e.g. if no one laughs at a joke he tells. There seems to be an “emotional contradiction” with the SLE; there is a constant internal struggle to both reveal to others their true feelings and a desire to guard themselves from adverse people or situations. He finds it extremely difficult - almost unnatural - to express his deepest feelings about an experience he’s had. SLEs try to avoid looking vulnerable, weak or dependent, which is why they appear to be such closely guarded individuals. SLEs are unable to suppress the manifestations of their moods, and thus greatly appreciate individuals who can deal with their sudden, uncontrollable outbursts of emotions. For many SLEs, expressive activities such as acting, musical performance or even religion serve as ideal “ethical vents”, helping to give them the emotional release they struggle to find in other areas of society.
7) Ignoring - Si (Introverted Sensing)
SLEs are aware of how something makes them feel, but give little concern to it. SLEs effortlessly manage to create an environment of comfort for themselves, but this comfort extends to very little, as they see no need to occupy themselves with creating excessively cozy atmospheres. As long as SLEs are not overly unhealthy or malnourished, they’re unconcerned with what they eat and drink. SLEs are quite capable of living with the bare minimum and not feeling disturbed or unsettled by their circumstances. This gives the SLE the ability to ignore discomfort and tedium, powering through such obstacles in order to accomplish their goals. SLE feel so confident in matters of health and nutrition that they can limit themselves and others, being satisfied with little, doing without special comfort, calmly relating to Spartan conditions.
8) Background - Te (Extraverted Logic)
They solve the question “what to do” without unnecessary words and thoughts. They are determined to obtain effective results. Energetic and active, in periods of upsurge develop remarkable efficiency. Like to act on a large scale, all carefully weighed and developed a specific plan of action. Very purposeful and practical in business. In an extreme situation, their actions are reasonable, useful, expedient, oriented to the state of others. SLEs often assume the role of someone who is always ready to assist people in their practical affairs.
