Basic unit gives the ability to perform their work in detail and quality, to approach any processes carefully, to study painstakingly in order to ensure effective operation. Is able to engage in detailed elaboration of plans. Can create comfortable conditions for work, any activity. And also - to provide care with the purpose of a prosperous life. The possessor is able to be independent, prudent. Can understand the technological processes, how and what is arranged, how to organize the process. Fix anything to work as it should. Comfort and neatness are provided to maintain affairs and processes.
1) Base - Te (Extraverted Logic)
Stirlitz (Administrator) is the most industrious sociotype. First of all, he perceives the world through his main lens - it is Business Logic (Technology), that is why he describes it as a reservoir of useful resources. Stirlitz is inclined to evaluate the optimality and efficiency of various processes, analyze objects from the point of view of their internal structure (how does it work?), practical application. He strives for automation, efficiency, profitable use of resources. In the Administrator's perception any object passes through the filter “How can it be applied?”. Work in his life occupies the main place, so he performs with all responsibility. He is characterized by high social responsibility, awareness of human needs. LSE is important for the evaluation of his work, as well as the opportunity to move up the career ladder. In his life, he follows to improve the efficiency and quality of each work performed. He successfully chooses efficient work methods that can provide a reliable income. LSE belongs to the management club, wherever he works, he introduces a certain management system in which the tasks to be performed are provided for each person. Successfully chooses effective work methods that can provide a reliable income. LSE is an excellent leader of a large team, easily delegates responsibility to others, draws up instructions and job descriptions, clearly assigns them. He is demanding in matters of quality and discipline. LSE introduces and uses the most effective methods of work, makes sure that it is performed qualitatively. Develops, simplifies and adapts different methods, unconventional solutions, instructions, increasing efficiency. Regularly collects data necessary for the process. Carefully prepares the place of work, tools, stocks everything necessary. He does everything thoroughly and accurately. If something does not suit him, he makes redo it, and other times he redoes it himself, adding that this is an exception, but not the norm. He evaluates people by the quality of work done, competencies. He believes that there is no place in his team for idlers and careless people who do their work superficially. Benefit, expediency - these are the main words for LSE. They see a chain of concrete actions leading to the achievement of a goal. Will not engage in useless, unprofitable business. Initiative, decisive, enterprising. Active and assertive people. Are able to soberly assess the situation and make a practical decision. Good administrators: adjust the quality of the work process, coordinate the activities of different people and departments. Very pragmatic: people's actions are evaluated from the point of view of their benefit. Are able to carefully and rationally handle money. Condemn all those who, in their opinion, not enough quality and honest work. Avoid giving compliments and praise for good work - they consider it a norm. Pushy and hardworking. A great worker, cannot sit idle. Struggles against chaos and disorder wherever he is. He has a strongly developed sense of responsibility. Words are always preferable to deeds. LSEs are sensitive to the productivity, quality, and effectiveness of everything around them. These are topics that they discuss frequently and have strong opinions about. They tend to freely comment on that which is pointless, poorly done, bound to fail, and all manifestations of unprofessionalism, as well as offer numerous tips and pointers for how these things can be improved. LSEs are drawn to efficient technology — all manner of devices, gadgets, things, and methods that perform a certain job perfectly, decreasing the amount of energy required to achieve a desired result. Their expectations for quality and performance are high, and they are highly aware of how well the things they have actually meet their needs. LSEs’ approach to life is practical and realistic. They tend to have a clear idea of the results they would like to achieve, and set forth finding ways to achieve those results in the most rational way possible. LSEs’ primary mode of talking about things is to use a factual, non-emotional perspective. They are interested in objective events, facts, and knowledge that cannot easily be called into question. They may come across as dry or monotone because of their emphasis on objective, rather than emotional aspects of communication.
2) Creative - Si (Introverted Sensing)
A strong Comfort Sensoric drives the SLE to be attentive to detail and analyze objects primarily in terms of their physical properties and purpose. The administrator is inclined to evaluate the quality and structure of materials, the convenience and ergonomics of different objects, and to describe the internal properties, compositions, and physical parameters of anything (dimensions, consistencies, odors, durability, etc.). It is relatively easy for Stirlitz to understand the laws of physics, the needs of the body, the assessment of convenience and everyday matters. There are traits of a householder, manager, executive. Due to his sensory function, LSE has strongly developed five senses: smell, sight, taste, and touch, he is particularly sensitive to his surroundings and to assessing the order of things. He is quick to recognize what is missing in the big picture to make the environment look aesthetically pleasing, attractive, and comfortable. He regularly takes care of the cleanliness and arrangement of his surroundings. Characteristically, LSE is frugal and makes purchases thoughtfully. All items and things are used as long as possible, knows how to care for them so that they do not lose appearance and functionality. LSE is a man with a subtle sense of the physical world and everything going on around him. He buys food thoughtfully so that nothing has to be thrown away. Among the LSEs there are many excellent cooks. Possesses an exquisite sense of color, form and beauty. The house is always comfortable, cozy and everything is arranged tastefully. Above all values goodness and quality. He takes care of his loved ones. Always comes to the rescue when people are in physical danger. Acts in such a situation boldly and decisively. Very caring, provides his loved ones with material prosperity. Creatively LSE approach the issues of nutrition, comfort, critical of the appearance of people around them. Outwardly trim, are distinguished by straightness. They appreciate and are able to provide comfort, willingly take care of health - their own and their loved ones. Love in everything reliability and thoroughness. Are distinguished by high efficiency. Good hosts, pedantic and inventive in matters of comfort. The comfort and convenience of things and living space is very important to LSEs. Living spaces need to be conducive to rest, work, or recreation. LSEs take it into their own hands to reorganize or redesign living spaces to make them more comfortable and convenient. LSEs typically love recreation with a physical element, such as picnics, walking, hiking, sports, etc. They recognize the need to relax and unwind and typically plan these activities into their schedule at regular intervals and involve other people in the activities. Nonetheless, relaxation is secondary to the LSE’s main pursuits, which is generally their work. Unlike leading Si types, LSEs usually cannot switch into relaxation mode at the drop of a hat. They need to finish tasks that they expected to accomplish before they can consciously allow themselves to relax. Aesthetic appeal is very important to LSEs. This applies to all aspects of their lives — clothes, work tools, living environment, etc. Most LSEs have an orderly home and work area and select their clothes carefully. They have a relatively easy time matching clothes, colors, textures, and other aesthetic properties. Many LSEs are conneisseurs of good food, good clothes, household products, and hygienic products. LSEs typically have a strong caretaking streak; they enjoy having others to care or provide for who are dependent on their assistance.
3) Role - Fe (Extraverted Ethics)
LSEs value facts and objectivity over emotions, and are not generally highly animated or expressive. Due to their businesslike approach to things, LSEs may sometimes worry about making a fool of themselves in informal settings where the emphasis is on joking, laughter, and fun. LSEs’ emotional expression tends to be either subdued and understated or unusually sudden and obvious. LSEs are often unable to control their emotions. They can easily loose their temper with people if their instructions are not followed or if someone’s behavior goes against their logic and understanding. When they are in a bad mood they can be very direct, sometimes even to the point of being verbally abrasive to loved ones and complete strangers. LSE experiences problems and awkwardness when communicating, although he wants to keep his balance. LSE spends his life learning how to express himself and behave ethically, according to the situation. To hide his awkwardness, he often jokes, but his jokes are not understood by everyone. In informal settings tends to show cordiality and humor. However, he lacks diplomacy in relations - he may get nervous and flare up. In communication with strangers restrained, keeps a distance, in relations with friends - attentive and understanding. LSE try to emphasize their positive emotional mood, their appearance as if to say “I'm fine”. They like to participate in noisy events, make gifts, demonstrate their positive emotions to others.
4) Painful -Ni (Introverted Intuition)
Stirlitz's weakest point is the Intuition of Time (Time). First, it shows that such categories as “the spirit of the epoch”, “historical preconditions”, “futurological forecasts”, “the meaning of being”, “the flow of time”, “the power of the moment” are analyzed by him with difficulty, briefly, and are taken into account last. Secondly, it is often expressed in the depreciation of theoretical considerations about the connection between the past and the future, as well as, such phenomena as ideal, dream, utopia. It is difficult to calculate and accurately predict the time spent on this or that activity (more often it seems that everything can be managed). It is not easy to choose a harmonious rhythm of life, to adapt to someone else's pace (more often it turns out to be quite a high pace). All this makes him unsuitable in spheres that require it (futurology, philosophy, history, scriptwriting, creative art). As a consequence - he often looks collected, serious, strict, businesslike, focused on current tasks. Simply put, Stirlitz is not useful where you need to work with theoretical, abstract concepts, to think long about projects with a long wait for results, to talk about prospects and history. In LSE's life the biggest deficit is time, everything he has planned does not always manage to accomplish. The lack of time spoils his life. LSE is not characterized by detachment from the real world. Getting stuck in the details of work, may not meet the deadline, which is very painful to experience. Time issues are complicated and confusing for LSEs. They tend to use weeklies and notebooks to structure their time. Have great respect for accuracy in others, but have difficulty making plans themselves. Painfully experience the disruption or postponement of deadlines. Try to plan ahead. Conservative in their tastes and habits. Struggling with long waits. Can't stand being pushed or distracted from work. In order to be happy and productive, LSEs need a stable environment without sudden, unexpected changes. It takes them a while to get into a “groove” and find their rhythm, and any uncertainty about the future tends to fill them with a dread that makes it hard to be productive at all. They are not easily able to incorporate many different forecasts into their view of the future, relying instead on the trend of visible changes around them. LSEs generally avoid talking about things that might or might not happen that don’t depend on them, though they may think about these things to themselves. Discussions about what might or might not happen that are not based on provable facts distress them. LSEs They prefer to believe that change depends on our actions and choices rather than on external events over which we have no control. LSEs tend to have an unchanging habit of either being chronically late or chronically early. They rarely know or think about how long things will take, and their estimates are often way off. They are often surprised by the amount of time that has passed between events, and wonder where the time has gone. LSEs tend to want everything done as well as possible and to the highest possible quality, often failing to consider the amount of time necessary to do the job in such a way. When making plans for the future, LSEs typically do not leave room for unforeseen obstacles. These obstacles frustrate the LSE because they destroy the established rhythm of operations and require switching gears. In talking about their goals for the future, LSEs often leave out intermediate steps, leading others to consider them naive. In LSEs’ opinion, the important thing is to express a clear goal; the step-by-step process of getting there is less important. LSEs get irritated by people who take forever to do things, or who slow down the overall pace of work for no good reason. If someone appears to be doing nothing, the LSE will assume that nothing beneficial is taking place.
5) Suggestive - Fi (Introverted Ethics)
Also valuable to the LSE is information on Relationship Ethics. This function is weak, but information on it is highly coveted. In life it manifests itself in such a way that it is difficult for the Administrator to show romanticism, empathy, to catch the whole palette of human feelings and motives in relationships - Stirlitz gratefully accepts clues in questions of ethics, morality, the reasons for other people's and his own actions. In his speech there are few epithets, embellishments, soulfulness, colorfulness, but there is a lot of business details and sensory details. It happens that because of his directness LSE loses a lot of friends, worsens relations with colleagues. To emotional surprises LSE is not ready, he needs the correct attitude of others to not be embarrassed at critical moments because of instability to stress. With loved ones behaves cordially and sentimentally. It is difficult to open up to strangers, to decide whether he needs to establish new contacts, first keeps a distance. LSE is not the sociotype that is able to solve the problems of relationships. As a leader, he has a talent for managing people until communication problems arise. He hesitates for a long time in situations where emotional decisions have to be made, so he is often in discomfort with himself. LSE expects others to treat him correctly, but life presents different, unpredictable situations for which he is not prepared. LSE is difficult to understand the relationship with people, they are defenseless against flattery. Poorly feel the sincerity of relationships, can be gullible or overly suspicious. LSEs have a great reverence for good will, moral support, reliability, traditions, and stability in relationships. Yet they are unable to generate these things on their own as they focus on rational activity, comfort, and efficiency. They have a deep need for someone to help them express and make sense of their feelings towards things on a very regular basis. LSEs approach relationships on their own terms, typically taking on the initiative to get to know the other person. What they are looking for — moral support and stability — they are dependent on other people to provide. LSEs are typically unsure of their personal feelings about people and relationships, as well as unsure of their right to harbor personal sentiments in the first place. They need someone they can trust to recognize and substantiate their feelings from a psychological or spiritual standpoint. This helps them learn over time to recognize and trust their feelings more. LSEs often have a hard time discerning the true nature of people and their intentions towards the LSE. This can lead to the LSE being “unapproachable” in some aspects, or particularly wary or suspicious of others. To overcome their doubts, they need very clear demonstrations of good will and friendship. Although LSEs may be social and have many acquaintances, particularly through work or leisure activities, they are cautious about building closer friendships. They tend to build relationships by doing activities together or doing useful services for people, unconsciously expecting the other person to initiate emotional intimacy in return. LSEs revere their emotional intimate friendships and can go to great lengths to make sure that the needs of these close friends or partners are met, in hopes that people will reward these efforts with a stable relationship and emotional security.
6) Activating - Ne (Extraverted Intuition)
Also valuable for LSEs is information about the Intuition of Possibilities. LSE has difficulty in areas concerning the realm of imagination, idea generation, it is difficult for him to bring variety and a spirit of novelty. Also, because of their characteristic immersion in current problems (“here and now”), it is not easy for them to step back and assess the situation in the long term, to dream, to imagine future developments. It is equally difficult for them to understand the field of potential opportunities. Not feeling which of the proposed ideas is promising, they prefer tried and tested technologies and the system of precedents. They prefer not to take unnecessary risks. Lacking sufficient facts, they postpone making a decision. LSE does not live in a world of dreams and fantasy, does not think about something elusive, he does not break away from the real world, perceives everything concretely and realistically. Afraid of risk, relies on his long-proven methods and experience. Unsure of how to react when encountering unexpected changes, turns. He needs a partner who will help him understand others, notice the creative potential, provide forecasts for the future and is able to think strategically, only then he is ready to start a business. LSEs are interested in all innovations and new opportunities that relate to their line of work and can given them advantage and benefit. They are quick to jump on new opportunities if they see immediate practical application to their own work. Knowing about general trends and the latest developments provides LSEs with the assurance that they are not falling behind the times, but they largely rely on other people to provide them with this information rather than actively seeking it out themselves. LSE often hold deep convictions about what a perfect world should look like. More often than not, they have no clue as to what changes would have to occur to bring about that world about.
7) Ignoring - Ti (Introverted Logic)
LSEs may become interested in abstract concepts and don’t generally have difficulty understanding them, but they are almost always more interested in the practical application. If a concept or idea has none, it is worthless. LSEs are more focused on what works in real life than on what seems to fit together logically. LSE understand and love order and do not allow others to violate it. Pedantic even in small things. Prefer to “play by their own rules”, consider obedience to the rules a strong character trait.
8) Background - Se (Extraverted Sensing)
LSEs prefer to maintain a steady rhythm and energy output, avoiding projects that require a great deal of energy for a short period of time, or courses of action that are clearly ridden with obstacles. They try not to be too forceful, controlling, or demanding and try to avoid coming across this way. They may, however, show brief flashes of protectiveness and confrontation if they have been attacked in any way. LSEs have a clear awareness of how they look to those around them. They craft their appearance and their belongings to create an impression that is welcoming and approachable rather than eye-catching or status-oriented. Having a strong will, LSEs do not give up their positions under the pressure of circumstances. Their willful manifestations are organic and natural. In an extreme situation, LSE organize everything, show their will, subordinating others, taking responsibility for themselves.
Characters:
Together, the two main lenses of perception work in such a way that Stirlitz strives to fine-tune, optimize, organize, and make any process more efficient, while applying exceptional meticulousness to material and technical details and minutiae.
Thus, the Administrator is a born manager, organizer, careerist, technologist, steward, economic manager, optimizer and controller. Like no one else, he is able to consistently and rationally make a plan of necessary work, designate a measurable result and set tasks, organize their implementation and optimize the work process, taking into account all the nuances and details.
