IEEs base unit works on searching and discovering new opportunities. Can make different contacts, build relationships with different people. Attitude towards others can change depending on the situation. The person is interested in new opportunities. With the help of contact with people, collectives - expand their worldview, looking for new interests, ideas. The basic block requires diverse, new communication. The basic block allows experimenting in relations with people, flexibly using different tactics in different situations. Feels another person, and can build a variety of relationships with them.
1) Base - Ne (Extraverted Intuition)
Huxley (Counselor) is the most communicative sociotype. He primarily perceives the world through his main lens - Intuition of Possibilities. Therefore he describes it as a mix of different, often directly incompatible categories, potentials and possibilities. Huxley tends to pay attention to the very meanings, ideas, options, ways, as well as any manifestations of originality, uniqueness. For the Counselor it is relatively easy to look for non-standard solutions to situations, invent and fantasize, strive for originality and innovation. IEE perceives the world intuitively, his memory captures the most interesting and diverse events. He follows everything going on around him, always noticing something new, necessary, unique, unusual. Observations are interesting to him until he has familiarized himself with them and found out everything about them. In his memory settles everything that is valuable, useful and profitable, because his dual partner SLI is always waiting for new information from IEE. As soon as familiarized with a new idea, it turns into a blink, which is already outdated, so IEE is constantly on the path of change and search. Able to find a way out of any difficult ethical situation, effectively, in any situation captures the necessary information and uses it. IEE's thinking is multi-layered, he comes up with countless possibilities of new words and adapts what best suits the situation at hand. IEE's actions are difficult to predict. Unexpectedly heard new information fills in previously missing links in his chain, and IEE completes the process of his observations. He usually shouts out at such moments: “I have a new idea!” Shrewd: well sees the motives that move people. He is attracted to capable and extraordinary personalities. Able to encourage a person, give hope. Advises how to find a way out of difficult life situations. IEE understands the the inner qualities of a person, well feel their hidden motivations and shortcomings. Possess a holistic vision of the picture of relationships, to predict their development; can predict the behavior of others. Skillfully finds a way out of seemingly hopeless situations. IEEs easily become enamoured with new ideas and prospects and tend to start working on them immediately, almost impulsively. The tendency to be preoccupied with yet unrealized potential makes it hard for them to bring existing projects and situations to full completion and materialization. It is easier to start something new than finish something old. When instilled with a sense of opportunity and novelty, the pace at which IEEs begin new undertakings can be almost frightening. IEEs hate missing opportunities of any sort.
2) Creative - Fi (Introverted Ethics)
Strong Ethics of Relationships (Relationships) makes Huxley sensitive to the sphere of human relations, feelings, issues of morality and ethics. It is natural for him to focus on people's inner motivations, qualities of character, the reasons for their behavior. That is, the Counselor's perception is empathic and human-centered. For example, Hexley is prone to value judgments, like “This is an interesting, funny dude who plays the guitar really well. He'll go far!”. Thus, even business communication with the Counselor can take an immediate, informal character. IEE has been an excellent connoisseur of people since birth, quickly guessing their desires, and deftly sensing their moods. In communication cheerful, encouraging other people. Easily makes contact, adapting to people of different character, with many wants to maintain friendly relations. With inherent strong empathy, IEE is able to get into the joys and sufferings of others, experience their troubles, failures. Listening to others, IEE absorbs their problems, from which he can not quickly get rid of. IEE, as a representative of the humanitarian club, easily communicates with people. IEE easily understands what a person expects in a contact. Depending on the situation, as a negativist, skillfully able to regulate the distance of communication - can approach a person and just as quickly away from him. In life, IEE gains many acquaintances, but as a representative of the aristocratic quadra, close proximity maintains with few. It is noteworthy that the relationship he does not break, because he believes that in some particular life situation will need his help. Altruistic: for people he sympathizes with, can do more than they expect from him. Easy and friendly in communication. His sincerity and warmth disposes to trust. Distinguished by the ability to find an approach in case of need to almost any person. Often sociable. More than others are ready to say compliments, make people feel good, as well as change the objects of their sympathy. In this they are helped by natural charm and diplomacy. Because of the desire to maintain good relations with everyone, can be overloaded with unnecessary contacts. In conversation can sometimes tell unnecessary things. Often demonstrates his playfulness. IEEs are naturally skilled at regulating the degree of emotional intimacy between people, which can mean being businesslike (yet polite) as well as warm and inviting. When faced with a sad individual, the IEE will usually try to understand what is wrong, and will often try to coax the individual with kind words and actions. Always on the IEE’s mind are the feelings of his or her friends. If the IEE does not know whether an individual is feeling good or ill will, the IEE will prod the individual until he or she displays their attitude. IEEs are concerned with the opinions and feelings of those around them and try to avoid saying things that would cause arguments and bad feelings. He does this effortlessly. In fact, IEEs will often choose to follow a very open and accepting life philosophy in order to reconcile his own views with those of others. When interacting with others, IEEs are naturally aware of the flow of emotion present and strive to interpret meanings out of individual emotional states. When they feel they’ve realized an accurate potentiality of the cause of someone’s behavior, IEEs commonly clarify their perceptions to ensure their understanding of another person. To actually aid the person in finding positive potential, however, depends on if the subject is important to the IEE (for example, they determine how close of a friend the person actually is to them).
3) Role - Se (Extraverted Sensing)
IEE considers himself a powerful, self-confident and goal-oriented person. He wants to achieve high results everywhere. He has a tendency to idealize many things, including his abilities. Able to defiantly assert his rights. He does not like to openly admit his defeats, so as not to appear a loser. Do daily willpower efforts over themselves they are unlikely to do, unless they are forced by circumstances. In extreme situations is activated. Gives a rebuff to unwarranted attacks. He lacks the will to force himself to fulfill what is objectively necessary. Poorly commensurate the desired with the real state of affairs. Showing initiative, seeks to find people who will ensure the implementation of his ideas without his participation. Sometimes prone to bragging. IEEs are skittish about any sort of long-term membership in relationships, groups, or organizations which would imply certain duties and limitations on their freedom. They worry about being trapped in binding relationships where there are rules and demands on them that — in their opinion — would squelch their impulsive, freedom-loving search for new and interesting things and people to experience. IEEs’ avoidance of commitment and general air of uncertainty and unpredictability can grate on some people — especially those who are trying to organize people for some joint task and need participants to follow certain conventions and behave predictably and obediently. IEEs have the capability and ability to be direct and firm with others in such activities as giving direct commands or making categorical statements about things perceived. However, the period of time when this occurs in an IEE is generally short-lived. As soon as the IEE starts to think about and starts to seriously consider the negative connotations of their directness or firmness, for example, fear of instilling fear in another person in such a way that it would cause the person to be timid to or even scared to approach the IEE thereby distorting the personal bonds the IEE has with the person, the IEE will back away from making such statements. IEEs will struggle with things that require sustained willpower and self-motivation.
4) Painful - Ti (Introverted Logic)
The weakest side of IEE is Structural Logic (Order). Firstly, it shows that such categories as “instruction”, “formula”, “rule”, “structure”, “calculation”, “regularity” are analyzed by him with difficulty, not for a long time, and are taken into account in the last place. Secondly, it is often expressed in the devaluation of normalized behavior and routines (when everything must be according to the statute), as well as the rejection of such attitudes as “everything must fit into the framework of the developed scheme”, “necessary rule”, “order is above all”. It is difficult to show systematicity, consistency, discipline, cold reasoning, impartiality, objectivity, and to maintain orderliness in analyzing logical cause-and-effect relationships. As a consequence - he often appears rushed, overly superficial, chaotic, impulsive (in fact, he just finds it easier to solve issues through people than to sit down and do analytics). Simply put, a Hexley is not useful where you need to make calculations, organize data into categories, research large amounts of statistical information, be diligent, focused and unruffled. IEE feels uncomfortable if confined within rigid boundaries. IEE finds it difficult to comply with demands. He also has a habit of canceling an already scheduled meeting or postponing it indefinitely. He tries to improve his work by introducing more interesting and exciting, in his opinion, methods. Often tries to perform a task in his own way, not like others, who consider such behavior as indiscipline. He has difficulty concentrating on one thing for long periods of time and becomes inattentive. He listens to information superficially and also passes it on to others, becoming confused about terminology and facts. Does not follow instructions and rules, interprets them in his own way. Possible difficulties with mastering new formal rules, multilevel constructions, systemic, algorithmic tasks. Do not like monotony and rigid regimentation in work, fulfillment of formalities, following instructions. Often changes his hobbies. He is not given to painstaking work: poorly tracks details, figures, paragraphs. IEEs tend to have a difficult time describing a concept or system in a manner in which the essential facts are all that is needed to understand or describe it. If an IEE is asked to describe or explain something, their natural tendency is to describe the pieces of the concept, system or idea that are related to the subject as a foundation before explaining the actual concept itself. The IEE will often describe details or aspects of a system that are unnecessary to the understanding of the system’s properties, but the IEE views these details as essential functions of a sequential system. In other words, even if a detail is deemed outside of the IEE as extraneous, the IEE that is describing it will see it as a vital and significant part of a chain in order to paint the full, “proper” picture of the system the IEE wants to describe. An IEE will tend to start off explanations with a tremendous amount of detail, energy and patience and will move towards a more general explanation as they tire out (if they tire out). If something in the IEE’s chain is broken or questioned, the description (in the IEE’s mind) halts or falls apart. IEEs will demonstrate inconsistent behavioral patterns to the objective, outside world.
5) Suggestive - Si (Introverted Sensing)
Also for Huxley is valuable information on Sensory Comfort (Comfort). This function he has weak, but information on it is very desirable. In life it is manifested in such a way that it is difficult for a Counselor to create coziness, comfort, qualitative satisfaction of bodily needs. Also, because of the characteristic “flying away” into the world of opening prospects, it is not easy for him to concentrate on what is happening “here and now” and to take care of everyday life, kitchen, comfort or to show attention to details. IEE like to be taken care of, fed, organized for him coziness and comfort. They themselves require effort and concentration to dress for the weather and organize their everyday life. Preferring originality, they master practicality by experience, they learn it. IEE has a weak sense of the physical side of life. With difficulty feels his body. Not able to regularly take care of health and also rest. The IEE tends to be chronically unaware of his own bodily processes, including physiological sensations and a sense of balance and alignment with one’s true desires. He sometimes has peculiar preferences or tastes, which he himself is unable to understand or fulfill. When getting sick, the IEE may stubbornly refuse or “conveniently forget” to take any sort of medicine. An IEE will frequently forget meals and sleep when excitedly working on a new project or in some sort of social gathering. Exhaustion, hunger, thirst, and full bladders will be ignored until the need is overwhelming and affects the IEE’s concentration.
6) Activating - Te (Extraverted Logic)
Also for Huxley is valuable information on Business Logic. In life it is manifested in such a way that it is difficult for a Counselor to do diligent painstaking work, risk calculations, determination of the most effective actions, optimization. IEE chaotically maintains documentation, does not understand cash flow movements. IEE ineptly assesses the benefits and efficiency of his activities. Spends his energies where he wants and where it is interesting, without thinking about the benefits. His efficiency depends on his mood. In the organization of the workplace, the development of technology is more convenient to resort to the help of a partner. It is difficult for them to be organized and practical all the time. IEE is keen on accumulating factual knowledge on subjects of personal interest and those that help him be more efficient and productive, but he’s often unsure of his ability to find and select the correct information and is therefore attracted to people whom he sees as competent in that area and reassure him. He prizes efficiency, and berates himself secretly for his own inefficiency. He takes care to explain the justifications behind his actions. He loves accumulating and sharing trivia to make himself seem educated.
7) Ignoring - Ni (Introverted Intuition)
The IEE thoroughly understands discussions and arguments focused on following present trends into the future and their possible implications, as well as on exploring one specific imaginative vision of personal meaning, but he much prefers to explore many possibilities, starting from a present point in time and reality, rather than to concentrate on just a few specific visions or trends. He understands that the present moment may be changeable or not be as it seems, but refuses to think too much on the matter, choosing instead to keep a more practical view. To an IEE, the question “What if?” usually applies to something that the IEE can do to change his future, not some sort of alternate reality, such as “What if I bike instead of drive to work?” as opposed to “What if gravity didn’t exist?” IEE by nature are able to make many contacts and visit many places quickly, in a short period of time. It is effective for them to limit others in a tense situation with phrases like “I have no time to think about it now!”, by speeding up or slowing down the rhythm, up to setting a pause. In production processes, the salvation from monotony for IEE is in frequent switching to other activities.
8) Background - Fe (Extraverted Ethics)
The IEE appreciates situations where people are enjoying a positive emotional atmosphere as in having fun and joking together, and is quite adept at creating them himself, but does not see creating or promoting them a top priority, nor does he actively look for people who maintain or need such an atmosphere; too high a focus on that is seen by an IEE as overdone. He can be very empathetic and will frequently comfort his friends and acquaintances, mostly letting them vent to him, offering suggestions as to what to do about it. These are usually practical. The IEE may offer a more optimistic viewpoint, but will not press the matter if the optimism is not received well. He is usually genuinely concerned, but refuses to let the negative energy affect him. This may eventually become tiring if it persists as he will feel guilty for being happy in the face of those close to him being miserable. The IEE does not like conflict between people one bit; he would rather stay on everyone’s good side and keep in good terms with both sides of a conflict, preferring not to be judged by his affiliation with one side or another. In such situations he says very little that would give away where he truly sides on an issue. IEE is able to show emotions frequently, vigorously, freely. It can be difficult for people not to fall for advertising, which is carried out by IEE: their emotions motivate, mesmerize. Are able to show increased sensitivity to the moods of people, by voice, facial expressions, body movements to determine the emotional state of a person. Need a constant influx of new impressions.
Characters:
Together, the two main lenses of perception work in such a way that the IEE primarily evaluates people according to their unique traits, potential, behavior, character, and moral qualities. No small part is given to discussing human motives and behaviors. Himself is often eager to seek new experiences, adventures, and acquaintances. Relatively easy to make new contacts and connect people with each other.
Thus, IEE is a natural communicator, networker, educator, entertainer. Like no one else, he is able to find the right contacts, overcome communication barriers, establish close informal communication, be flexible, search for and discover unique human talents, give motivation to others, support, be friendly, brighten up everyday life, distinguish people's potentials, use their psychological differences advantageously and understand people.
