The basic block works in such a way that a person's attitude to others or to objects is able to change and manifest itself in a way that is optimal for the situation. The basic block is aimed at gaining power over the situation, increasing confidence in it. A person is able to be confident, to feel his importance, his (and not only) status. With the help of ethics and his or her attitude to the world around him or her, he or she is able to shape the situation as required.
1) Base - Se (Extraverted Sensing)
Napoleon (Politician) is the most charismatic sociotype. First of all, he perceives the world through his main lens - Volitional Sensorics (Force). Therefore, he describes the world as a physical space with objects interacting in it. Napoleon tends to pay attention to the balance of power, status of people, their will potential. For SEE it is relatively easy to understand the mutual influence of some people on others, the assessment of leadership potential. There are tasks for the development of managerial and representative qualities. SEE is a connoisseur of people from birth, with his discerning eye instantly sees the mood of others and easily determines - on whom you can influence, and who should be wary. He has a high self-esteem, cheerful, tempering against stress, active, energetic, adamant. Skillfully stimulates the indecisive and insecure. SEE is endowed with willpower and great energy. It is peculiar that he always has a goal and he strives with conviction to achieve it, his ideas captivating and captivating other people. SEE needs freedom, independence and a wide space for activity, otherwise he suffocates from idleness. He believes that anything can be accomplished, if only there is a will to do it. Does not tolerate when others do not consider him and do not comply with his comments and instructions. It is important for him to achieve and maintain a high status in front of the team and others. SEE is infuriated by waiting and inactivity, as he, as an extrovert, cannot stay in one place for long. He is self-confident and often has leadership tendencies. Enterprising and active, strives for practical activity in the field of communications. Problems prefer to solve at once, otherwise may cool down due to his volatile character. He pays a lot of attention to the prestigious appearance. Much speculates on the topics of politics and leadership. These are strong-willed, beautiful, noticeable people. They are decisive, usually it is difficult to prevent them from fulfilling their plans, in life they are able to achieve their goals. Self-confident, courageous and determined people. Show aggressiveness if their freedom is restricted. The SEE is always present in the here and now. An SEE knows exactly which relations he has influence over at the moment, and exactly how much influence he has (i.e. how far can he “push”). If an SEE wants someone that he does not “have”, he can spend lots of time thinking about how to get it. The SEE finds it hard to be content with what he has. SEEs are quick to notice confrontational behavior. It is very obvious to an SEE when someone is displaying aggression, even in the most subtle passive-aggressive fashion. Confrontational behavior does not phase the SEE, whether his reaction is to respond with confrontation or hostility himself, creating an outwards appearance of indifference and unimpressiveness, or trying to calm down the offender/make them feel guilty. The various means available to the SEE to achieve the above goals are not nearly as important to the SEE as the end. He prefers to be in as high of a position of demand and respect as possible. It fills the SEE with joy to be have many different people competing for his attention and affection. Such a scenario reassures the SEE with the fact that he has been doing things right and that his hard work has paid off. Thus the SEE is often found surrounded by a large circle of friends and romantic interests. An SEE views material objects as well as people in terms of how they can be used to achieve his goals. Upon losing a superficial friendship or a materialistic object, the SEE is sentimental only in terms of how it affects what he is currently striving for. For example, SEE would not see much point in being in the middle of the nowhere by himself with lots of gold and other showy yet useless objects. These things might only be important to him in regards to how they make other people think about him, or how it would indicate his status. With extroverted sensing as his base, the SEE would much prefers to be a “go getter,” out doing things as opposed to thinking about what he could be doing.
2) Creative - Fi (Introverted Ethics)
Strong Ethics of Relationships makes Napoleon sensitive to the sphere of human relations, feelings, issues of morality and ethics. It is natural for him to focus on people's inner motivations and qualities of character. That is, the perception of the politician empathic, aesthetic and human-oriented. For example, Napoleon is prone to the abundant issuance of evaluative judgments, such as “This is always a fit, awesome, cool, trustworthy person, you can rely on him!”. Thus, even business communication with the Politician can take on an immediate, informal character. Also, because of extraversion, Ethics of Relationships does not manifest itself as a craving for self-reflection, but leads to a desire to learn the opinions of others about oneself. SEE's emotions are designed to influence others. SEE able to drastically change his attitude and behavior, adapting to the situation of other connections with inherent empathy. Merciful. As a representative of the social club, he will always find someone to take care of. If someone close to him is in trouble, he can sacrifice a lot. SEE is usually liked by people, as he knows what people expect and wants to hear praise. In any situation, he notices what he can use to fulfill his intentions. SEE is positivistic, not vindictive, and is the first to make contact, even in cases where he has been wronged. Often in his youth he trusts people too much, but over the years he learns to keep the necessary distance. However, if he feels that he is used selfishly, interrupts the relationship or, gives them a different status. Open, simple-minded, cordial, he consciously and deliberately enters into relationships. Often rashly lets people get too close to him. SEE is often in a hurry to develop a relationship with a new partner. Likes to be the center of attention, to cause admiration. Knows how to make useful acquaintances and use them. Master of political maneuvering contacts between opposing parties. Makes peace with people as easily as quarrel with them. They easily establish friendly relations with people, caring. Give the impression of charming, pleasant in communication person. They are able to untangle complex psychological situations. Have good diplomatic skills, strive to be aware of various events. Dispose to trust, able to create an atmosphere of intimacy. Charming, democratic, usually kept relaxed and at ease. Their real trust is used by few people. An SEE usually knows exactly how to make other people feel a certain way. This ability increases its power dramatically the more time he spends with a person. He can offer genuine, believable praise to an individual he wants to reward, and likewise can make a person very upset and/or ashamed in themselves. However, if an offender changes their ways in favor of the SEEs point of view, the SEE will be quick to reward the offender with praise, and appreciation, treating them like a good friend. Moral ground to an SEE completely depends on the situation and is anything but set in stone (hence the creative function). “Fake niceness” rarely fools an SEE. The SEE can easily tell whether a person is being genuine or just selfishly trying to fulfill their own needs. An SEE could be hanging out with a person (A) and act like the person’s best friend, yet talk with another friend (B) and show sentiments of extreme distaste towards person ‘A’ in order to gain acceptance with ‘B’. Sometimes if person ‘A’ and ‘B’ are together at a social function, the SEE will either have to pick sides or can treat both relations with acceptance and feelings of kinship. This can cause quite a bit of confusion in regards to the SEE’s “true loyalties.” The SEE prefers to maintain the respect and appreciation of his relations if at all possible. He knows that if he has an ally in many different groups, it will be harder for his enemies in said groups to act against him for fear of retribution from his other allies. An SEE has the ability show up in a group of strangers and act like a long lost friend, gaining acceptance and trust of the group very quickly. He can quickly charm this group with his well-bred manners, genuine displays of like/dislike, and sometimes risky humor.
3) Role - Ne (Extraverted Intuition)
SEE much prefers physical, tangible goals as opposed to abstract ideas. He appreciates those who are good at thinking about things to do, new ways to do things, and especially a unique activities to draw people together. Huge Napoleonic plans often “hang in the air”. He does not have the talent to structure and predict the realization of ideas in the future, because it is difficult to see the possibilities. He needs change, continuous development of events, so that everything was boiling and he was in the center of events. He often wants to rush somewhere, to change something. Poses himself as a promising, possessing great opportunities. Compliments easily. Says what people want to hear from him. Emphasizes his originality, uniqueness. In an unfamiliar environment try to find a solution, relying on intuition, assessing the possibilities of the situation. He always has new ideas, is able to engage for a long time in what he is passionate about.
Distress associated with this function accounts for the SEE’s preference to have his pursuits be visible, close, available, and within the reach of his influence. An SEE prefers to get the things he wants immediately and without compromose using his talents of willpower and interpersonal influence. An SEE finds it difficult to give up on a goal unless clear victory or defeat is at hand. He usually will not give up on a friendship, goal, or romantic relationship until he knows beyond a shadow of a doubt (preferably through “in person” experience) that there is no way possible to resurrect the situation in face of his losses.
4) Painful - Ti (Introverted Logic)
Napoleon's weakest point is Structural Logic (Order). First, it shows that such categories as “instruction”, “formula”, “rule”, “structure”, “calculation”, “regularity” are analyzed by him with difficulty, not for a long time, and are taken into account in the last place. Secondly, it is often expressed in the devaluation of normalized behavior and routines (when everything must be according to the statute), as well as the rejection of such attitudes as “everything must fit into the framework of the developed scheme”, “necessary rule”, “order is above all”. It is difficult to show systematicity, consistency, discipline, cold reasoning, impartiality, to keep the structure in the analysis of logical cause-and-effect relationships. As a consequence - he often looks hasty, overly decisive, self-confident, impulsive (in fact, it is simply easier for him to make 10 mistakes, actively trying something than to sit and calculate the risks; in other words, it is easier to cut 10 times than to measure 1 time). Simply put, Napoleon is not useful where you need to make calculations, organize data into categories, and research large amounts of theoretical information. He's not good at distinguishing the important from the unimportant. He has difficulties in analyzing cause-and-effect relationships in the objective world. When participating in detailed research work, he tries to avoid this in every possible way. Poorly separates what must be done first from what can be postponed for later. Avoids explaining the reasons for his actions. Often speaks off-topic. Cannot impose strict order. Violently protests when they try to subject him to any firm rules. Prefers to negotiate with people rather than read instructions. They have difficulty understanding rules, learning languages, and reading complex instructions. SEEs are hard to tolerate when their logic is criticized, scolded for disorder, violation of contracts, failure to observe formalities. It happens that, having superficially read a text, later distorts its meaning. They have trouble focusing on systematic decision making, sometimes leading to occasional large mistakes that was not thought through. Such mistakes lead to shame, guilt, and disappointment within the SEE, although he does not broadcast these sentiments to many. In regards to unsubstantiated, theoretical knowledge, the SEE can either accept the unproven parts in good faith, or he’ll completely reject it as foolish, unnecessary, and unimportant. The SEE can be afraid to make discussion about fields heavy in systematic knowledge, doubting his ability to convey such thoughts in a clear, composed, and valued manner.
5) Suggestive - Ni (Introverted Intuition)
For Napoleon is valuable information on Intuition of Time. This function is weak in him, but information on it is very desirable. In life, it manifests itself in such a way that the Politician finds it difficult to give imagery, analytical forecasting, diligent thinking over plans. Also, because of immersion in current tasks (“here and now”), it is not easy for him to step back and evaluate the situation in perspective, to dream, to imagine the future. Napoleon also needs help distributing his efforts in time: where he should settle down and just wait, and where he should speed up in order to get everything done by the desired deadline. SEEs need careful help with schedules, plans, and maintaining routines. Sometimes it is difficult for them to wake up on time. They like fast people who can predict events. Over the years, acquires counselors, with the help of whom he quickly solves issues he does not understand. Sometimes SEE is immersed in thinking about the future. He waits to receive ready forecasts in order to prepare for action. Being as the SEE is more of a day-to-day, moment to moment type of person, they can suffer great difficulty regarding the long term consequences of their actions. People who they respect as having a firm grasp of the unfolding of events are considered very helpful to the SEE. When the SEE brings such a person into their fold, much trouble and wasted time and energy can be avoided due to such foresight, as opposed to the SEEs usual “try everything and see what works” method of solving problems.
6) Activating - Te (Extraverted Logic)
Also for Napoleon is valuable information on Business Logic (Technology). It is hard for a Politician to think carefully about risk calculations, determination of the most effective algorithms and technologies, optimization, achievement of optimal efficiency. Napoleon gratefully accepts tips in matters of strategic planning, the use of new technologies, and sometimes - banally new devices and applications. Quite conservative to the new: they need some time to perceive and understand the new technology and make sure of its practicality. He can make money and handle it freely, but he can be wasteful. SEEs need a safety net in technology, in organizing activities. Being well trained, they successfully and accurately cope with technology. In work they may be distracted by unimportant details. Prefer the help of having their energy channeled into an efficient and useful endeavor. The SEE likes to constantly be doing things, but not if they don’t apply to the long term perspective. If it is suggested that something needs to be done to make a situation better, the SEE can implement such suggestion with boundless faith, energy, and enthusiasm if the suggestion comes from a trusted source. Their dual, the ILI, provides much-needed nourishment in this area of knowledge as the ILI strives to make practical, logical understanding of an unfolding situation. SEE gladly considers suggestions or modifications to the methods he proposes to for achieving his goals, especially if such advice comes from a trusted source.
7) Ignoring - Si (Introverted Sensing)
SEEs place little emphasis on this function despite having a strong sense of it. They perceive this function but are unable to do much with regard to it and ignore it. Mention issues of comfort, health, aesthetics can limit unwanted activity of other people. They watch their health and appearance. Is not shy about talking about his physiological needs. Keeps himself physically fit and monitors his state of mind. Knows exactly what is needed for an attractive, comforatable environment and is very good at evaluating this in present environments. If the SEE is “stuck” in a social environment he does not prefer, he can appear to enjoy it and get along with others well for a while, but he will soon become bored and feel a constant nagging in the back of his head to “get the f*** out of here!” In such a situation, he will look for the first excuse possible to exit the situation elegantly and preserve the good will of others towards him.
8) Background - Fe (Extraverted Ethics)
They are good at sensing emotional environments. Background and unconsciously tracks the emotional atmosphere around. The manifestation of their emotions can be strong, instantaneous. They transfer their mood to others. In everyday life and everyday life, they show the ability to emotionally ignite others and care. If he's in a bad mood, he grumbles and at such moments he may quarrel. But after a truce, his mood improves. When amongst those he holds a superficial relationship with, the SEE is very adept at livening up the mood, energizing others, and getting people excited about something. It usually bores him to do so though, and he would not seek out the company of such people who require this kind of involvement on a regular basis. There is a tendency for this type not to be phased by intense emotional situations. When others discuss “the horrible tragedy” of things, or lose control of their emotions, crying intensely and feeling sorry for themselves, the SEE realizes that these feelings are just temporary and inconsequential. During these brief periods where a friend is emotionally unstable and unable to take care of themselves, the SEE will tend to the real life aspect of things, keeping their feet on the ground and helping them with basic survival until this period passes.
Characters:
Combined, the two main perceptual lenses work so that Napoleon primarily evaluates people according to their leadership potential, weight in society, and moral qualities.
Thus, a SEE is a born motivator, PR, marketing, presentation, leader, manager, trainer, communicator, and achiever. Like no one else, he is able to accelerate the development of projects, scale and replicate success, negotiate profitably, overcome communication barriers, solve urgent issues, motivate and inspire others, distinguish people's leadership potential, use their psychological differences profitably and understand people.
