Quadras

The first quadra (alpha) in socionics is the Enlighteners. The mission of the Enlighteners quadra: to create and disseminate fundamentally new ideas of social development in society.

The second quadra (beta) in socionics is the Incarnators. The mission of the Incarnators quadra: to turn the original concept into a complete ideology and to implement new orders, creating organizational structures corresponding to them.

The third quadra (gamma) in socionics is the Reformers. The mission of the Reformers quadra: to remove the contradictions accumulated at the previous stage through criticism of the mistakes made and to reform the outdated rigid structures.

The fourth quadra (delta) in socionics is the Perfectors. The mission of the Perfector quadra is to bring the original but reformed idea to exhaustion through perfection.

Quadras

Alpha value Ti, Ne, Fe, and Si;

Its members value new possibilities and theories, inspiration, fun and comfort care. Freedom of speech, the pursuit of justice, the search for truth - the basic values of the representative of this quadra. The ability to get the most out of life is valued. The first quadra values creative thoughts, condemns stereotypes and to some extent conservatism. All kinds of revolutionary transformations are welcomed, especially if they have a favorable effect on the life of society, there is a breakdown of everything outdated, obsolete, doomed to extinction. Emotions are valued here, namely positive emotions, positive psychological atmosphere. Physiological  comfort is very important for an alpha. Adventure, travel, vivid ethical twists, colorful and diverse world. In addition, they do not like moral and ethical restrictions, do not tolerate being squeezed into rigid frameworks of commandments, codes and rules.

Beta value Ti, Se, Fe, and Ni;

Will and reason, enthusiasm and historical perspectives are what are emphasized in the second quadra. They glorify the madness of the brave and the romance of the struggle, giving it a charge of vigor, festivity, enthusiasm, emotional uplift. They are determined to fight and ready to overcome obstacles and difficulties in the name of the future, justice, universal happiness, are characterized by disdain for petty philistine “joys”. Resilience, endurance, will, intelligent equanimity and exuberant emotional fervor - this is what mesmerizes, stimulates to activity. To test oneself and this world for strength. Deep emotional experiences can charge a certain poetically idealized message to a large number of people. Betans value order, a clear hierarchy that is subordinate to strength and intelligence, but at the same time it is the Beta who is characterized by a radical and rapid revolutionary destruction of an outdated, rotten system.

Gamma value Fi, Se, Te, and Ni;

Here they value strength and flexibility, the ability to break through and achieve their own just in individual realization. Representatives of this quadra are distinguished by a great piercing power, critical attitude to the results achieved. Here they value strength, significance, individual momentary shades of relationships, the ability to realize the planned immediately and the ability to see the prospects. They are trustworthy and democratic people. Snobbery is not peculiar to them at all, although they divide people into “their own” and “strangers”, guided by their personal likes and dislikes. Representatives of the third quadra are characterized by independence of actions and judgments. Indifferent to titles and ranks, they evaluate others by their personal merits and qualities. They are reasonable people who do not like loud slogans and pathetics. Self-development, work on oneself is valued. Willful actions towards oneself and others are valued. They try not to talk much about their feelings - feelings are tested by relationships. It is important for them to realize themselves, and the result of their work is extremely important to them. The most undesirable thing for them is the restriction of their activity for objective reasons beyond their control.

Delta value Fi, Ne, Te, and Si.

Its representatives are characterized by practicality and friendliness. The square of practitioners who are able to realize productive ideas in full, before the exhaustion of their possibilities. The fourth quadrant is oriented toward “eternal” values. They are open, friendly people who know how to appreciate coziness and well-being in their homes, peace and quiet on earth, they value their social stability and conservatism. Strive for reasonable and rational consumption of natural and economic resources. Organizing effective comfortable work, against the backdrop of the timeless values of humanity. Here it is important for everyone to show their skills and their potential, to be involved in something specific, to work with pleasure. Representatives of the fourth quadra are characterized by ethical values of a positive nature, such as recognition of religion, individuality and uniqueness of everyone, non-interference in the inner world of man, concrete humanism, as well as the presence of good conditions for work, the absence of discomfort, the exclusion of harmful effects of the external environment - in a word, minimizing negative feelings.

Alphas are children, discoverers, explorers, innovators;

Betas are teenagers, rebels, they pick up alpha discoveries and develop them;

Gammas are adults, workaholics, guardians of order, they are able to use the developed idea for practical purposes;

Delta is maturity, calm, measured, Deltians are guardians of tradition.
