One of the shortcomings of MBA programs has always been "is it worth it?" for companies to sponsor their managers into MBA programs.  To answer that question, MBA programs added projects with calculable ROIs in many of the courses and often as a capstone.   The choice of projects was usually not done with much thought into "Could there be higher ROI choices?"  The answer to that question is almost always "Yes!"

One way to ensure higher ROI projects is to have the projects chosen from world-class best practices.   When best practices are considered one can usually find a higher ROI project to consider.  But is a best practice the "best" we can do?   No.  There are two additional levels of project consideration that regular MBA programs rarely consider.  The first higher level is project opportunities across the Enterprise, between divisions or companies within a larger whole.   But there is ONE MORE LEVEL and that is opportunities for projects at the Alliance level across the Value Chains.

The Roadmaps Institute has methodologies to assess and identify gaps which enable managers to identify projects at ALL LEVELS:  World-Class Level with step charts, as well as the Enterprise Level, and Alliance Level.  There is no higher level.   This means the Roadmaps Institute's models actually OPTIMIZE the project portfolios of companies involved .... something no existing Masters program in the world can claim as far as we know at this point.

And there in lies the amazing difference between a regular MBA or EMBA and one infused with Roadmaps Institute step charts and methodologies ......

"The RI MBA/EMBA can actually guarantee the higher ROI project portfolio because no other program in the world accounts for Best Practices, along with the Enterprise and Alliance Levels with a solid methodology in every course!"

Problem is this EMBA does not exist yet.  RI needs a university to adopt it and make it real.
