CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility Program

The Corporate Social Responsibility Program was originally developed for AT&T.  CSR utilizes step charts of Sustainability, Outreach, and Diversity.  Most companies select one step chart in the model for a given workshop.  For example, World-Class Diversity Management by itself can establish a company as a world leader in managing diversity of its supply base.  In a full CSR workshop, managers will assess their organization on all three step charts in the model.  Gaps are measured.  Projects to close the gaps can then be determined.   From the projects, a roadmap can be created to close the gaps.

Workshops and Courses

Workshops for CSR can be as little as 8 hours and as long as the company wishes.  If only one chart is to be utilized, the workshop can be done in as little as a 4 hour period.  For example, the workshop for one chart might be titled "Achieving World-Class Sustainability at Company XYZ."
