Overhaul of equipment items to allow the creation of more complex item mechanics and improve their creation process.

Added custom mob voices. From now on, mobs will be able to use customizable sounds. Many will have them added in this update, and more will be added in the near future.

Fixed some items missing mechanics due to the inability to implement them earlier.

Fixed mana and HP leech calculations and their functionality for area damage.

Fixed poison effect: reapplying the effect to a mob will now restart the timer and deal damage instead of only restart timer

Fixed Shaman Outfit hand missing texture

Balance: reduced the weight of Mana potions: Strong Mana Potion 2.90 → 2.85, Great Mana Potion 3.10 → 2.90, Ultimate Mana Potion 3.10 → 2.90.
