Improve - Shield now block up to 2 hit per combat tick, and shielding skill rise only by these 2 hit per combat tick (1s)

Improve - stats now display starving and in combat status

Improve - Now there shouldn't be anymore trouble with too long haracter nick! Character nick now isn't display above player, only in chat. In tab menu and in "online" command there are both nicks - character nick, and minecraft nick. Also when character join or logout, both nick are displayed.

Improve "Online" command. Now displaye also players in account mode and not logged in.

Fix - now armor content is clearing when exiting equipment by "back" button

Fix - Clicking "Back" button no longer display armor amout
