Fix bugs with mobs file reading

Added mobs: Goblin, Goblin Assassin, Goblin Scavenger, Cockroach, Chicken, Cat, Sheep, Deer, Pig, Rat, Cave Rat, Rotworm, Carrion Worm, Spider, Poison Spider, Tarantula, Giant Spider, Island Troll, Troll, Troll Champion

Add PZmanager working based on array, with ability to save and load from file. Support resizable data set, and ability to modify by commands
