Add weapons ability to deal magic damage (Fire Sword, Fire Axe, Serpent Sword, Poison Dagger)
Add specials effects: burning, electrified, poisoning to player and mobs
Add drunk status to player (also mobs can now drunk player)

Fix mobs damage (now mobs deal damage depended on tibia data)
