Optimize and upgrade other systems like: skills (internal leveling), spells (faster searching), potions (use of ItemMeta), wands and rods (now deal coresponding element damage), player element resistance (now calculate when changin gear), NPC (handling usage of ships with PACC, selecting city, bank balance, buing blessings)
