Add sidebar EQ preview - now display ammo status and time/charges of rings, amulets and light sources

Add Twist of Fate Blessing - special PvP blessing that can be bought from any Temple NPC. Cost is same like for standard blessing. To buy this blessing, player MUST have active at least one normal blessing, or wear Amulet of Loss. This blessing will be activated ONLY when player died by PvP. This blessing prevent loosing Amulet of Loss and regulars blessings. This blessing itself not gives any skill or item drop reduction. Also this blessing will not be consumed in normal dead.

Improve PvP system - from now any player that deal any damage to killed player in last one minute before his dead will be count as culprit and receive full penality for killing him.

Improve distance hit chance formula! Totally rewrited formula for distance attack hit. Now should work exactly like in RL.
