Steam Hound

Steam Hounds were once loyal dogs, now reduced to snarling engines of war. Their bodies are a chaotic fusion of cables, pistons, gears, and reinforced steel plating. Steam vents burst rhythmically along their frames, releasing scalding pressure with every movement.

Powered by internal boilers, these mechanical beasts charge relentlessly at their targets, delivering crushing bites with serrated metal jaws. Their attacks are often accompanied by bursts of electricity, capable of stunning or paralyzing opponents mid-combat. Despite their twisted forms, fragments of instinct remain—Steam Hounds hunt in packs, corner prey, and never retreat.

They serve as guards, trackers, and executioners aboard the vessel, patrolling corridors and lower decks where flooding and steam clouds reduce visibility to almost nothing.
