Trypophobia is a non-level space named after the fear of holes, as the level is tiled and resembles something similar of having pools. This is true as many of the rooms are tiled and have either large, stretching pools, or small little pools compacted together. As seen in the image, there are curved ladders that lead into these narrow pools, some even having ladders that go up to other rooms.
Showerheads can also be found in some rooms, which always have a turnable knob to make it turn it on and adjust the temperature. This works similarly to a shower at a public pool, as drains are always guaranteed to be found in each square-ridden room.
Some rooms also contain glass exhibits of a room with pools that cannot be accessed. The glass is also strong enough to be entirely resistant to being shattered. Most of these exhibits just have a single pool with no purpose, though some exhibits sometimes can have a single Riverman roaming in the water. Tapping on the glass can make them notice you though they are entirely silent.
Even rarer than finding a glass exhibit, there can be rooms with wooden crates in the corners of the enclosure that contain pool toys, like pool noodles or floaties for all ages. It is unknown where these come from, though they are limited and you'll need to find another room with such toys to get them.
A hard-to-see tiled door can be seen in the walls, though it has skeleton fingers peeking out from the openings. Opening and entering this door brings you to Level 267.
In the Western section of Level 65.5, interact with a rotating concrete cube.
Enter a hole in the bathroom of Claustrophobia.
Slide down a curved tunnel in the road of Level 252.
Enter a subtle tiled door with skeleton hands peeking out to enter Level 267.
