Description

The Beltdal is a humorous but valid item found in the Progressiverooms, combining the two "punishment" objects into one.

Item Characteristics

It is a leather belt strongly attached on one end to a gray sandal.

Effects

The item is intended for swinging use, attacking through throwing it like a whip and applying "slap" damage. The belt itself can also be damaging, as you can use it like an original belt to attack as if you were punishing someone.
