(Artist depiction of level, no picture ever taken.)
This level is mysterious as we have only one account of someone entering it. This source is a diary written by "Mark E. Plier" who entered the level and recounted his experience. The following pages of the dairy are all we know of this level.
"Dear diary,
I woke up in a different place than where I had slept yesterday. This place is... unlike anything I have ever seen. The walls are lined with horrible skinless faces, and they won't stop screaming. I already thought the places I have been here were hell but this is another level. I wish I never entered that progressive. I thought there was something wrong with it but... no. All I can do now is survive. No use regretting past mistakes. I'm going to try to go out the way I came in, by sleeping. Good night, diary, if it even is night."
"Dear diary,
It didn't work, I'm still trapped in this place. All I can think of now is to walk down the hallway. The walls keep screaming, and I still don't know why. It's making my ears ring, and the farther I go down the hallway the louder they get. Well, I'll write my next entry when something changes."
"I can understand them. They are not screaming. They are speaking to me. They want me to turn around, and leave. They are telling me where the exit is. But it's too late. I've been chosen. The walls are closing in. They are now telling me my fate. I'm going to join them on the walls. Like all the others who entered this place."
This next entry was written in blood, and DNA testing came back with no matched identity. "I'm screaming. I'm screaming. Why? Sometimes fear. Sometimes ecstasy. Sometimes Sadness. Soon I'll join them. Some welcome me. Some don't. My arms are being pulled into the wall. My new prison and home. All I want to say is sorry, sorry to my family for dying like this, sorry for disappearing, sorry for all of this. Bye, diary. And bye world."
From these entries, we have learned that this level is a hallway made of flesh, with faces lining the walls. The faces will scream, and then you will start making words out of the screams. We do not know if this happens over time, or happens while you walk down the hallway. The voices tell you how to leave, we do not know if they are telling the truth or not. Then you are absorbed by the level and become a face. We are trying to ascertain how to enter this level so we can send in people to figure out more about this level. But for now this is all we know.
