They are harmless, sometimes they may look around or at explorers. Sometimes, they may even show you a clock, implying they are asking if it looks nice. If you nod, they'll appreciate it, if you shake your head, they'll still take it.
If you don't do anything, they'll walk away.

They are tall female humanoids with an analog clock as their head, their clothing may vary, but most commonly they are seen with dress shirts and long skirts.
Like aforementioned in the Behavior section, they hold a clock which sometimes they'll show you.
