Level 259 is the 260th level of the Progressiverooms. It is a large, stretching dune that goes on for miles infinitely in all directions. Upon entrance of this level, you appear beside a lone sign in the middle of nowhere which is intended to instruct 'beachgoers' of the times the beach is closed. This being from 2 to 5 in the morning. Though despite time not being frozen in this level, the sky and scenery do not change no matter what hour you are in this level.
A few characteristics stand out about Level 259 and its terrain, for one, kicking the sand or throwing it in the air will make the sand go by gravity for 1 second before freezing in place in the air. From here, you cannot grab the sand again and it will just stay in the air.
And for the sign from earlier, shaking it will result in it moving like a slinky, in a wobbly motion like jelly.
There are three entities, which are the Lamp Men. They are all humanoid guys that have a lamphead instead of a human head. Their names vary every time you see them, in which if you tell them their previous name they will be confused or deny it in replacement of another name. They are unkillable and just wander around.
They are also the key entities to leaving, you can ask then you want to leave, in which they will bring you to the sign and will bend it back while you're on it. Then, they'll slingshot you into Level 263.
