Level 246 is the 247th level of the Progressiverooms. It is also called the Mini-Bubble Rink, which is a place where you appear as a small variant of yourself, with tulips surrounding a seemingly large 'ice rink' with two bubbles being the biggest attraction. A small bubble beside a bigger one. This level also appears to simply just be a transition level, as the only exit as of typing is through a manhole, which going down brings you to TBD.
At the smaller bubble, there appears to be small bubbles emanating from it, which catching one grants you the Bubble Mask.
