Level 300 is a metropolitan environment that is permanently in a sunset skyscape, in which it begins with a subway station. The train is one-way from here, so you cannot enter it again after exiting.
Walking on the pavement on the subway and seeing all the interesting lampposts, you can see a sign that indicates of an exit up ahead, which can be trusted. Walking down in the direction of the exit sign will bring you to a tunnel that enters into the actual city, in a non-Euclidean way.
The City rather has no cars, like usual for a typical Progressiverooms. However, the place can still feel lively to some with the tall stretching buildings having bright windows that feel as if there are lots of people living here. The sound of distant traffic, vehicles and walking are noticeable, but the sources are never discovered as they echo throughout the city.
Some of the buildings are even POIs, like restaurants and stores that you can enter. Each of which do not have any staff at, but the process of ordering food/buying items off the shelves is rather automatic.
For the stores, going to the counter will be your only way to purchase through self-checkout, they accept multiple currency so you should be fine. If you try to shoplift and exit the store, the item fades out of your hand in thin air.
Buying food at a restaurant is the same type of thing, you'll go to the main counter and there is machinery to assist you with you want to order, in which you also pay yourself.
As for the last main details, there are gender-neutral restrooms located in random spots of the level, just in case you need it.
As expected, the outskirts of The City are quite uneventful, not having much but simply flat ground and nothing else. One might find dumpsters, runaway shopping carts and nearly useless road signs that are angled. However, an exit is also seen here in Level 300, as finding a bridge that appears to stretch out into the nothingness, covered by fog, traversing so will bring you to another level. (COFC)
There are no known colonies and outposts (But there is definitely potential)
No masks.
Finish all the steps correctly in Level 290 and enter the keycard door.
