You look around, now you are in what appears to be a subway, partially submerged into an infinite vastness of water. However, like magic, doesn't sink into the surface. Here, you are in the 298th level.
As you get up and walk towards the doors at either end of the car and traverse into the next, you'll notice, each car actually isn't the same, some of them appear to be rooms of familiar locations, like homes or office buildings, fixed into the shape of a train car.
Each object is arranged neatly in order, yet it appears that there has been no one in this rooms for years on end. The order you'll find these is always random and non-Euclidean.
Each room will always share one detail, familiar names, an individual you may've known in your life will appear on a nameplate, a frame or any recollection seemed in the eerily neat rooms.
At times, you may notice the door is locked, and you can only peek in through the glass installation, doing so, you'll notice a person who looks a lot like you, an exact copy, standing in the room, surrounded by accompanied co-workers, friends or family. These will last until you disturb the imagination, by banging on the doors, in which your reflection will finally replace the old and forgotten memory that previously was.
If neither of those occasions happen, you may be presented with a longer car, presenting a stretching hallway of assorted wallpaper and flooring. But these are always abundant in shelves and filing cabinets, opening them, you'll find gifts you have gave to various people, real world situation or not, these will come back to you. Common objects include love letters, small present boxes and even a familiar aroma emerged upon opening.
At this part of the paper, you probably don't think it would get better, but you're right if you think so, eventually, you may reach a dead end, these are always rooms that have no other exit but the way you came, in the middle lies a table that has a cassette player and a tape. Whenever you get the tape and insert it into the player, it will start playing a familiar voice that the level targets, usually someone you cared for or loved, a friend, family member or relationship, speaking about why they had to replace you for someone else.
KEEP IN NOTE, THIS IS ONLY A MANIFESTION IN THE LEVEL, THIS DOESN'T MEAN THE PERSON BACK IN THE REAL WORLD WOULD REPLACE YOU.
Only one entity inhabits this level, that being Replacer, a lepid that replaces names and arranges messy areas.
In Loner's Hub, jump into a puddle that is deeper than it looks.
