It is a chain necklace with a razor blade attached.

Effects

The wearer will actually feel less negative, either that being angry, sad, confused, disappointed and the like. Ironically, it can reduce chances of suicide in the Progressiverooms, and decreases the chance of feeling homesick, almost like a comfort item.

The only way it can negatively affect you is if you use it to cut yrself, at default it won't do it on its own when it makes contact with skin, but only if inflicted by self or by others.
