Claustrophobia is a Non-Level Space that resembles a dark city, upon entering, it is pretty dark, with trees, crosses and buildings apparent, however hard to see, as well as a crosswalk. From the entrance, going down the road with crosses parallel to each other, you will eventually find yourself in The Crossroads.
The Crossroads are similar to the entrance of Claustrophobia; however, the roads are in crossroads and in a slightly maze-like structure. In order to exit this area, go north 4 times and then west 3 times, there, you will find Shadow Snakes blocking the way, use a weapon to kill them to get past, from there, find a cross that has a blood streak on it, and interact with it to get to the Second Area.
The Second Area has a moon, and a cloudy sky to add on to the dark landscape, this time the crosses are mismatched, and the trees are taller. In this level as well, there are pipes that stick out of the ground, and they have light bulbs attached to them. West of the entrance from The Crossroads is a large, rotting flower, that interacting with it leads to the Playground.
The Playground is a sub-area that is a lone, standard playground in the dark surrounded by mulch. Near the playground is a standard, public restroom, the restroom is not gender-specific, and is neutral, because uhhh flip you. In this restroom there is a giant hole in the wall that has black Sharpie marker writing pointing to it saying. "Like holes? Enter here.". Following it and entering the hole brings you to Trypophobia.
In The Playground, there is also a sticky note on the slide, if you take this sticky note, you get the Sticky Note mask. Going down the slide, will let you enter Level 189.
Enter a shadowy and dark door from goofuslang's division.
Go down the slide of The Playground to enter Level 189.
In the bathroom, enter a hole in the wall to be brought to Trypophobia.
