The Pancreatic Cancer Feeling is a fish and human-like entity. It is seen as a possible 'knockoff' emotion from Inside Out, the movie.

Behavior

In Level 216 he has no malicious plans, the only thing he does is ask you if you accept him as an emotion. Saying Yes will make him happy and will teleport you to Level 217, saying No will make him sad and bring you to SB-129.

Fish-like human, two eyes, large lips and teeth, two bare feet. No arms at all. Ew
