1. Minimum Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 100 PHP.
  
  

2. Maximum Withdrawal Per Transaction

• The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is 100,000 PHP.
  
  

3. Daily Withdrawal Limit

• The maximum total withdrawal amount allowed per day is 100,000 PHP.
  
  

4. Daily Withdrawal Frequency Limit

• A maximum of three (3) successful withdrawal transactions per day is allowed.
  
  

Important Reminders for CSR:

• The withdrawal restriction follows a "whichever comes first" rule:
  
  

  • If the customer reaches the 3 successful withdrawals, or

  • If the customer reaches the 100,000 PHP daily limit,
    → Further withdrawal attempts will not be allowed for that day.
    
    

• The withdrawal limits and transaction count reset automatically every day at 12:00 midnight.
