IDLE SPIEL

The idle spiel helps manage inactive chat sessions so agents can support other waiting customers. These messages are polite reminders sent after periods of inactivity, starting at 3 minutes, to check if the customer is still present.

• • 1st Warning – Sent after 3 minutes (180 seconds)  
    Hi, just checking if you're still online. 

• • 2nd Warning – Sent after 2 minutes (120 seconds) following the 1st warning.
    I haven’t heard back from you. Are you still there?

• • FINAL RESPONSE - Sent after another 1 minute (60 seconds) following the 2nd warning.
