When registering for an account, you may encounter the error message "Invalid OTP. Please send one again." This occurs when the One-Time Password (OTP) entered is either incorrect or has expired. The OTP is sent via SMS to verify your identity during registration.
Possible Cause
Incorrect OTP: The OTP entered may have been typed incorrectly. Even a small error or mismatch in the digits can cause the error.
Expired OTP: OTPs are valid for 5 minutes after being sent. If you take longer than this to enter the OTP, it will expire and you'll need to request a new one.

Ensure that you are only entering the OTP (One-Time Password) and not the reference number.
Wait for the Countdown to Finish:
The OTP expires after 5 minutes. If the OTP has expired, you will need to request a new one.
To request a new OTP, wait for the 300-second (5-minute) cooldown timer to finish before clicking the "Get Code" button again.
Request a New OTP:
After the cooldown period, click "Get Code" to request a new OTP. The new OTP will be sent to you via SMS.
Correctly Enter the OTP:
Double-check the OTP: Ensure that you're only entering the numeric OTP from the SMS message.
Ignore the Reference Number (REF#): The message may include a reference number (REF#) alongside the OTP. Be sure to enter only the OTP (numeric code) and not the reference number.
Check Your SMS for the OTP:
