Transactions Tab
This section of the Pocket Aces back office tool displays both Deposit and Withdrawal transactions.
Deposit & Withdrawal
When searching for a Deposit or Withdrawal transaction, you can filter results using the following fields:
Date (Green Box)
Select a specific date or date range to locate a particular deposit or withdrawal transaction.
Transaction Type (Yellow Box)
Refers to the payment gateway used for the deposit or withdrawal. This could be one of the following:
System
Xendit
GCash-WP
GCash-MP
Payment Risk Group (Blue Box)
Refers to the type of account the customer is using. The options include:
Pocket Aces – An account created via our main site
Pocket Aces Glife – An account created through the GCash GLife program
Pocket Aces Outlet – An account created through a registered game venue
Player Account, Ticket Number, Status, or Provider Transaction ID (Black Box)
You may search using any of these identifiers to find a specific transaction.
1. Go to the Finance tab, then select the Transactions sub-tab in the Pocket Aces back office. (red box)
2. Choose Deposit or Withdrawal to specify the type of transaction you want to search. (purple box)
3. Apply filters to narrow down your search results:
Date (green box): Select a specific date or date range to find transactions within that period.
Transaction Type (yellow box): Choose the payment gateway used, such as System, Xendit, GCash-WP, or GCash-MP.
Payment Risk Group (blue box): Select the customer’s account type:
Pocket Aces (main site account)
Pocket Aces Glife (GCash GLife program account)
Pocket Aces Outlet (game venue account)
Player Account, Ticket Number, Status, or Provider Transaction ID (Black Box): Use any of these to search for a specific transaction.
4. Review the filtered results to locate the exact deposit or withdrawal transaction.
5. Check the transaction status to see if it is Approved, Rejected, or Cancelled. (brown box)
