The following color-coded shapes are used only within the Knowledge Base to help Customer Service Representatives (CSR) quickly understand and explain the details of a specific poker hand during a player inquiry or manual review. These visuals do not appear in the player interface.
White Box – Represents the date and time when the game was played.
Yellow Box – Indicates the total pot amount for the hand.
Red Box – Highlights the player who lost, along with the amount lost.
Green Box – Shows the winning player and their winning amount.
Pink Box – Displays the card combination or hand formed by the player.
Red Arrow (below the boxes) – Points to the Transaction ID of the hand.
Red Circle (Copy Button) – Indicates the button used to copy the Transaction ID, which the player can provide to the CSR for quicker support.
Note: These visual markers are for CSR reference only and are not visible in the actual player interface.
The Hand Details screen is available to players on the front end and shows a summary of a completed hand, including player actions, chip movements, and card outcomes. This guide explains how to interpret the layout and visual elements of the Hand Details so that Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) can assist players effectively.
These color references are used in Knowledge Base visuals to help CSRs identify sections of the Hand Details screen. The colors themselves will not appear on the player interface.
White Box – Displays the date and time when the hand was played.
Yellow Box – Shows the total pot amount for the hand.
Green Box – Identifies the player’s name and table position.
BTN – Button (Dealer)
SB – Small Blind
BB – Big Blind
Red Box – Indicates the action taken by a player during the hand. The following are the different types of actions:
SB – Small Blind posted
BB – Big Blind posted
PB - Post Blind posted
X – Check
B – Bet
C – Call
F – Fold
A – All-in
SD – Showdown
Blue Box – Displays the player’s chip count, showing the remaining balance after each action in that hand. This only shows the chips from the player’s buy-in for that game, not their total account balance.
Card Sequence (Visualized in Red Circles for reference):
• Pre-Flop – The player’s hole cards.
• Flop – The first three community cards dealt.
• Turn – The fourth community card.
• River – The fifth and final community card.
Red Arrow (below the boxes) – Points to the Transaction ID of the hand.
