HOW TO RESUBMIT KYC

Step 1: Under the ID Under Review section, click "Verify" to open and view the uploaded documents.
Step 2: Assess the validity of the ID and selfie. If any of the necessary criteria are not met, reject the KYC application in the "ID Under Review" stage so the customer can resubmit the required documents.
For a complete list of reasons to reject, refer to the KYC Table section. (In this example, the customer submitted a valid government ID, but the ID has no date of birth visible.)
Step 3: Add remarks in the "Notes" section stating the reason for the KYC ID Verification rejection. In this example, the reason is "No DOB." Then, click on the "Reject" action button.
Step 4: Log the details on the KYC Tracker, selecting the status as "Rejected" and adding any relevant remarks regarding the rejection.
The account should now be in the "Resubmit Required" stage of ID Verification
