Step 1. Access the Ticketing System then click on “Sign In”
Step 2 . Input your credentials (Email/Username and Password).
Step 3. Click on “Sign In”
Step 4. Click on “Open a New Ticket”
Step 5. Click the drop-down button under “Help Topic” and Select a category.
Step 6. Fill out required information and select “Create a Ticket”
