CAPITALIZATION AND SUFFIX IN KYC

When processing Know Your Customer (KYC) details, it is essential to ensure names are correctly formatted for accuracy and consistency.

Suffix Placement:
If a customer’s name includes a suffix such as Jr., Sr., II, III, IV, always place the suffix at the end of the full name when updating their account details even if the suffix appears elsewhere in the original ID name.

This ensures proper identification, consistency, and accurate record-keeping.

Capitalization Rules:

If a customer signed up using all capital letters, update their name so that only the first letter of each name and suffix is capitalized. For example:

• Input: JUAN DELACRUZ JR
