The Hands Record section within the Poker Royal Boss Back Office Tool is responsible for managing all hands dealt during poker sessions. It provides detailed data on each hand, ensuring that every action taken during a poker game is recorded and easily accessible for review.
The Hands Record offers more detailed data specifically tailored to Poker Royal-related transactions. This tool is integral to understanding and tracking every hand that occurs, providing transparency and accurate reporting for both game operators and players.
The Hand Record ID is a key piece of information used to track and reference specific hands dealt during Poker Royal games. For customers, this ID can be easily retrieved through the Hand Review section.
The Hand Record ID can be retrieved directly by the player through the Hand Review section. It is available in both the Hand Review and Hand Details views, as shown in the sample image.
To share this information, the customer can simply click the copy button next to the Hand Record ID and send it directly to our CSR via the chat platform for assistance or inquiry.
This makes it easier and faster for players to report concerns or request support regarding a specific hand.
For Customer Support Representatives (CSR), retrieving the Hand Record ID is essential for providing accurate support related to specific poker hands. If the customer cannot provide the Hand Record ID, CSRs can retrieve it by following these steps in the Pocket Aces Back Office Tool and Poker Royal Boss Back Office Tool.
1.Locate the Player Account:
First, search for the Player Account in the Pocket Aces Back Office Tool under the My Players section (highlighted in the blue box). The search box is highlighted in the yellow box. Once located, click on the Player Account to be directed to the Player Profile (highlighted in the red box).
2. Go to the Game History Tab:
Inside the Player Profile (highlighted in the red box), go to the Game History tab (highlighted in the green box) to view all game transactions associated with the player.
3. Identify the Game by Date and Time:
Once in the Player Profile, go to the Game History tab. Narrow down the search by locating the date of the game. If possible, also ask for the time the game took place. This will help you find the exact Transaction ID for the session in question.
There is also a search bar field for filtering by buy-in date and settled date (highlighted in the red box).
4. Locate the Transaction ID:
Once you’ve identified the correct Transaction ID, click on it to view the transaction details (highlighted in the blue box).
5.Retrieve the Hand Record ID:
Inside the Transaction ID, the details of each hand dealt during that session will be shown, including the Player's Hand Records and the Hand Record ID (which is under the Transaction ID column, indicated by the red box).
6. Copy the Transaction ID:
Click the copy icon next to the Transaction ID (indicated by the red circle). A "Copied!" message will appear, confirming that the ID has been successfully copied.
Note: The Transaction ID also represents the Hand Record ID for that specific hand.
7. Paste into Poker Royal Boss:
Paste the copied Transaction ID into the Hand Record ID field within the Poker Royal Boss Back Office Tool to assist with the customer’s inquiry.
1. Access the Bet Report Section:
Navigate to the Bet Report section in the Poker Royal Boss Back Office Tool.
2. Paste the User ID and Filter by Date:
Paste the player's User ID into the User ID field (red box). Then, filter by the date the game was played (yellow box) to narrow down the search. Finally, click Search (blue box).
You can obtain the User ID using either the PocketAces Backoffice tool or the Poker Royal Boss tool.
3. Select the Player ID:
After filtering the date, click on the Player ID associated with the transaction. This will open the details for that player's session.
4. Click to Retrieve the Hand Record ID:
You can then directly click on the Hand ID to view more detailed information.
