Digital ID submission – Screenshots or digital versions of IDs are not accepted.
Invalid ID – Not government-issued – Only official government-issued IDs are accepted.
ID missing date of birth – The ID must clearly display the date of birth.
Selfie missing ID – The ID is not visible in the selfie as required.
Face is covered – Facial features are obstructed, preventing clear identification.
Face mask in selfie – Face is partially covered by a mask.
Cap or hat in selfie – Headwear is obscuring the face.
Sunglasses in selfie – Eyes are not clearly visible due to tinted glasses.
Selfie with filters – Image includes enhancements or alterations from filters.
All submitted documents and images must be clear and unaltered.
