• Incomplete ID capture – All sides or required portions of the ID are not fully visible.
  
  

• Non-laminated ID – Physical IDs must be laminated to ensure authenticity.
  
  

• Digital ID submission – Screenshots or digital versions of IDs are not accepted.
  
  

• Invalid ID – Not government-issued – Only official government-issued IDs are accepted.
  
  

• ID missing date of birth – The ID must clearly display the date of birth.
  
  

• Selfie missing ID – The ID is not visible in the selfie as required.
  
  

• Face is covered – Facial features are obstructed, preventing clear identification.
  
  

• Face mask in selfie – Face is partially covered by a mask.
