POKER NICKNAME GUIDELINES

• The customer will be asked to enter their poker nickname. This nickname will be permanent and cannot be changed, so the customer should choose it carefully before proceeding. 

• Advise the customer that offensive or inappropriate nicknames will be automatically rejected by the system with an “Invalid character, please check” message. 

• If the chosen nickname is already in use, a pop-up notification will appear indicating “Nickname unavailable,” meaning the nickname is taken by another player.

• Usernames can be up to 16 characters long.

• If the nickname is available, it will be accepted.
