If the customer does not receive the OTP, they can click the Resend button to request a new code, which will be sent again to the registered mobile number. After clicking resend, a wait time of 300 seconds will be required before they can request another OTP.
Mobile Number Entry Issue
If the customer is unable to log in, first verify the mobile number they entered.
If the customer fails to input a valid 10-digit mobile number (excluding the leading 0), the system will display the following notification:
“Please enter a valid mobile number.”
OTP Entry Issue
If the customer enters an incorrect or expired 6-digit OTP, an error message will appear indicating that the code is invalid.
