Checking Player Status on the PAGCOR List
If the player’s name being KYC’d appears on the PAGCOR list, follow these steps:
Check for GEL ID
If the player has a GEL ID, this means they hold a Gaming Employment License (GEL).
The GEL ID has a validity period or expiration date. CSR must always verify if the GEL ID is still valid to decide how to proceed with the account verification.
(Refer to the example image: The GEL ID highlighted in green is expired, while the one in red is still active, indicating the person is currently banned.)
Check for Player Exclusion
A player’s name might also appear on the PAGCOR list due to player exclusion. Reasons for exclusion include self-exclusion, family exclusion, or licensee-initiated exclusion. Each exclusion has a specific duration.
CSR must verify whether the ban has been lifted or if the player remains banned.
(Refer to the example image showing a ban lifted; CSR will see the word “Cleared,” indicated by the arrow.)
Checking Active Bans
If the ban is still in effect, the status will show the word “Banned,” highlighted by a red arrow in the example image.
CSR can click on “Active Exclusion Orders,” highlighted by a green arrow, to view details of the exclusion order and its duration.
