POKER BET REPORTS POCKET ACES BACK OFFICE
The Poker Bet Reports section of the Pocket Aces back office tool allows you to track and review player activity during poker games. This includes details about buy-ins, in-game actions, hand histories, session outcomes, and chip movements.
This tool helps CSR understand how a player’s poker session unfolded from when they entered the table to when they exited.
Transaction ID
A unique Transaction ID is created every time a player buys in to a poker table. This Transaction ID logs all game activity during that session (from the moment of buy-in until the player exits the table. ).
Clicking on a Transaction ID will display all hands played or dealt during that session.
Click on the Transaction ID shown in the red box.
Within each Transaction ID, there is a detailed breakdown of every game or hand dealt, including the following information:
Bet Date
Settled Date
Total Stake
Payout Amount (if any)
Win/Loss amount
Status (Win or Loss)
Transaction ID – (To see the full hand details, go to Poker Royal Boss and search the Hand Records using this Transaction ID. )
Rake Commission
Status Types
Each poker session ends with one of two possible statuses:
Sell – The player left the table with remaining chips and sold them (converted back to account balance).
Buy-in – Indicates the player finished the session with no remaining chips and left the table without selling any amount back to their account balance. In other words, the player busted out during that session.
Note:
The Sell status does not always mean a profit; it simply means the player left the table with remaining chips.
The Buy-in status means the player did not cash out any chips and lost their buy-in amount.
