REGISTRATION

Step 1 of 4

The customer must provide all required details to create an account

Game Venue:

We currently have one game venue: Metrolane, located at 20th Avenue, corner P. Tuazon Blvd, Project 4, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What is a Game Venue?

This is our physical kiosk location where players can access a designated computer terminal to play JuanPlus Poker.

Full Name:

The customer must enter their correct full name as shown on their ID.

Birthday:

The customer must provide their date of birth for age verification. They can either manually enter it in the format MM/DD/YYYY or use the calendar icon (date picker) to select the year, then the month, followed by the day.

Email:

The customer must enter a valid email address for account communication.

Mobile Number:

The customer must provide an active mobile number for verification and notifications.

In the event that a customer tries to create an account using a mobile number that has already been used to register, a notification message will appear indicating that the mobile number already exists

Step 2 of 4

Upload of ID

During Step 2 of 4 in the account registration process, the customer will be asked to upload one of the government-issued IDs listed above. To do this, they need to tap the upload box and select a photo of their ID from their device.

Step 3 of 4

Upload Selfie with ID

On Step 3 of 4 in the account registration process, the customer will be asked to upload a selfie while holding the same ID submitted in Step 2. The ID should be placed just below the chin and clearly visible in the photo before uploading.

Step 4 of 4

Final Confirmation & Verification

To complete the account registration process, the customer must review and agree to all final declarations and verification steps to ensure a secure and responsible gaming experience.

At this step, the customer must:

Confirm they are over 21 years of age
Confirm they are not a government official or employee of any government agency, nor a member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Philippine National Police
Confirm they are not a Gaming Employment License (GEL) holder
Confirm they have read and agree to Poker Royal’s Terms & Conditions
Check the box: “I agree to all of the above.”

Final Step – 6-Digit Verification Code

To finalize the registration, the customer must enter the 6-digit verification code sent to their registered mobile number or email address.

To receive the code, the customer must click the “Get Code” button.

If the customer does not receive the code, they must wait 300 seconds (5 minutes) before the “Resend Code” option becomes available.
