(ID VERIFICATION)
Step 1: Under the ID Under Review section, click "Verify" to open and view the uploaded documents.
Step 2: Verify if the uploaded documents are valid. This includes a clear government-issued ID and a selfie with the ID.
Step 3: Ensure the customer is of legal age 21 years old or above.
Step 4: Confirm that the registered name matches the name on the uploaded ID.
Step 5: Check if the name on the ID appears in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP) by visiting https://ndrp.pagcor.ph/. If the customer is not listed or if they are listed but the ban has been lifted, proceed to the next step.
Step 6: Ensure the customer does not already have an approved account by checking for possible duplicate accounts. Go to the "My Players" tab and enter the customer's full name in the search bar.
Step 7: Add relevant notes (such as verification remarks) in the ID Under Review tab. Then, click the "Process Call" action button to proceed with the verification.
Step 8: The customer's account will move to the Processing Call tab. Click the "Approve" action button.
Step 9: Open the Player Profile and update all necessary information based on the ID, including the permanent address, gender, nationality, and any other available details.
Step 10: Upload the selfie with the ID to the KYC folder (Poker KYC). Save the selfie with the ID in the KYC Backup folder, using the following format: Customer's last name, Customer's given name [space] Customer's mobile number.
Step 11: Log the details on the KYC Tracker, selecting the status as "Approved" and adding any relevant remarks regarding the approval.
