Proxy pat responses to different situations.

Please remember to use them when necessary, as they will

help you get someone to assist in completing the survey on

the respondent's behalf.

Friendly reminder about the HOS survey: you do not need

the respondent's consent to proceed with the survey.

However, we do need to verify that the respondent is not

simply unavailable at the time of the call; if they are, we

should schedule a callback.
