Rebuttals are prepared responses for questions we know the consumers will ask you. It is your responsibility to learn these rebuttals and say them with confidence!
It is essential that after providing a rebuttal you transition back to the script and avoid dead air
Minimum Rebuttals to Be Performed
As an EngageCX 🌟SUPERSTAR🌟 you must perform
at least 1 confident rebuttal for every objection!

Using Pat Responses to Maintain Conversational Flow and Survey Integrity
Pat Responses are standardized replies to common questions or remarks frequently made by Respondents.
They provide general information about the survey and help keep the Respondent focused on completing it.
Pat Responses help you to:
Prevent refusals at the start by addressing the Respondent’s basic questions
Stay neutral and unbiased throughout the survey
Read every question exactly as written (verbatim)
Ensure all lists and scales are fully read
Collect valid responses for every question
Maintain control of the survey process
It’s crucial to transition seamlessly back to the script after delivering a PAT response, without waiting for a reply, and to avoid any pauses or dead air.
The following subpages outline when and how to use standardized PAT responses to address Respondent questions effectively.
